When I called to make them aware Kim first suggested that I turn the shower head so water doesn't get on the door. Are you kidding me?! They sent out the installer and he did some caulking that did not solve the issue. I called again, talked to Kim. She said she would talk to the installer and call me back. She did not call back. I called again and she put the blame on the installer that he should have called me. He came out again, replaced the vinyl sweep at the bottom of the door. Still leaks. The sweep has ripped and about half of it has been cut off because it continued to tear with every opening of the door. I gave 2 stars because the door looks really nice so I'll give a bonus star. The only reason I used this company is because that is who the contractor who did my bathroom uses. I also had issue with payment. I've had the door about 8 months now and the leaking is still an issue.

I went in with a basic idea of what I wanted, Dawn found me the perfect pattern and was extremely patient with me in picking out my glass to make the piece perfect, I had planned on doing some etching on the piecemyself but made a bad choice of glass to etch, ruined a one time use pattern and Dawn helped me figure it all out, I am delighted with the results! He came first thing the next day to give a free quote, and his quote was lower than all other quotes I received. He took the window back to his shop to install a new piece of glass, putting in the special gas between the panes that helps with insulation & energy efficiency. He put a piece of plywood in the frame back in the window so it was secure. Just took a couple of days and my window is back. Very happy with the repair.
