When she showed up on our rescheduled day, she was 3 hours late. She spent 3 hours here but didn't clean anything! She 'worked' in the master bath and didn't touch the toilet, sinks, counter, mirrors or shower. A bunch of items are now missing. I don't know if she threw them away or what. She said that she'd return the following day to finish and she needed more money. So I gave her some more (yeah, I know!). She never showed up or even called the next day. When I posted my first review she texted me and asked me to remove it, that she would clean for free. Free? She already had $250 of my money! I asked for a refund but she said that she didn't have the money but would send it within a couple of days. It didn't happen so I told her to just keep the money. I was scammed. :( I'm sorry, Diane, but I can't in good conscience allow someone else to go through what I did. They may be, financially, struggling more than we are.

I told her no floors, no walls/ baseboards, and she stayed all day but still toilets and cabinets and oven were still terrible. I hired a different cleaner - not LGG- to come clean the toilets after she left and replaced the flooring baseboards. Good flexibility. So-so cleaning. Don't hire if you need heavy cleaning. Only good for light cleaning.
