During the initial visit to obtain a bid, the owner was very responsive. We scheduled an appointment for an entire house cleaning (carpet and tile). Price was very aggressive but I was never given anything in writing. We were notified there was a cancellation and moved up two days (awesome!). Still no official bid on paperwork. Employees arrived on time to complete the work and they were in the dark with regard to the quoted dollar amount. Get your quote/bid in writing! The quality of the cleaning job itself was good. The guys were professional and pleasant, got the stains out and were faster than I thought possible.
