I've been using their service about 3-4 months now, and I can't say anything but positive things! When the cleaning crew is over they wear their face masks and they are very efficient. The first time they did a deep clean that took 3 hours but the ongoing/maintenance cleaning takes about 1.5 hours between the 3 cleaning crew members. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with their work. I hired this company to deep clean my house right after we got home from the hospital with my newborn. Holy moly my house was clean when they left! Now they come every 2 weeks and it is worth every penny! One of my favorite things is how they will rotate specialty cleaning areas (baseboards, blinds, etc) into your regular cleaning schedule after you have had your house deep cleaned by them. Super professional walk through with a detailed list of services and multiple cleaning options in the contract. They did an excellent deep cleaning and we had originally picked to do monthly cleaning services. They usually have 3-4 girls come and get the house done rather quickly. Valley Cleaning came out and there were 3 girls who got to work right away. The whole place was sparkling clean afterwards. It looked and looks like a hotel now. They did a great job and I appreciated that the owner, Samantha, came out to inspect the finished product before receiving payment. I've been using Valley cleaning service bi-weekly for the last 4 months and have been consistently happy with the service provided in my home. They always arrive in a crew of 2-3 lady's, and I love the smell of all of the products they use in my home. I love their rotational system so that my blinds, baseboards and fans are getting cleaned at least once a month, though sometimes I see they do multiple maintenance tasks in a single visit. I love that I don't ever have to be there for service and I get to come home after a long days work to a very clean house and freshly made bed. Nice people and clean work. But very slow and they charge per hour. 3 ladies came to clean my 2 bedroom apartment. When I went to check after 2 hours, they had done only one bedroom and bathroom and were working on second bathroom. They still had to do entire kitchen including cabinets and refrigerator and that would have taken another 2 hours or so. Since they were charging per hour, I had to ask them to finish whatever they can in 2 and half hours and leave. So kitchen was not cleaned even after paying reasonable amount of money. When VCS comes to clean our house each month, I come home to a kitchen that sparkles, rooms that are bright and spaces that are fresh and tidy! Samantha's prices are reasonable, and her time is well spent. My husband works from home and when she and her crew comes he barely hears them while they work. Often times they will offer to clean his office first, so he has little to no interruption of his work day.
