He was incredibly helpful and very customer service oriented ( a rarity nowadays). Unfortunately they did not have a battery for my watch but he directed to another place in the mall and they indeed did have a battery ($3). I took my new battery back to Tony and he installed it within a minute. Success! My watch was back to working order. We talked for awhile about the holidays and family. I then asked him about the cost and he said that due to the fact they didn't have my battery in stock and that I had to go to another store to get the battery....no cost. I was flabbergasted but I will tell you this. I will, without hesitancy recommend your store and you now have a customer for life. Thank you.

The other salesman there looked to be very nice but he was with another customer. Also it was only us and another guy so the place was mostly empty so it was like he was trying to multitask.
