I don't usually order clothing because I like to try things on right in the store if I am going to buy something off the rack. Theresa put me at ease and assured me that it would all work out. It did!! I wanted a black pea coat! I got it. Looks and feels great! I ended up replacing all my sweatpants with new ones. Great fit and great colors. I donated my old and still in good-shape sweatpants to my brother!! I know that he will make good use of them. I also bought some socks too!! Like magic we were greeted by Vernelle G. and she inquired if we needed assistance in finding a size and that she would be able to check the back stock too. Wonderful! Vernelle is a sales professional and very helpful. There were no available size in the stock room but at least she checked. Vernelle was unstoppable and checked everywhere on the floor to find the right style and size we were looking for. Luckily the dress shirts were found. We really appreciated her assistance which made for a great shopping experience. Vernelle is not your ordinary SA she is the store manager. Thank you very much Vernelle!

They primarily stock Jones NY suits, and on occassion, their merchandise may change brands. So don't expect to find too many Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, or Sean John suits available, and especially not any higher end brands. I was able to find a Ralph Lauren cashmere-wool blend topcoat in my size for $150 (retail at a department store is $495). That's about $75 less than the best sale prices I found elsewhere. The next year, I saw Weatherproof (the same one Men's Wearhouse sells) topcoats for $99 on sale at one point compared to $149. Service was excellent. The sales reps in the many stores of theirs (both in Potomac mills, and the one in Fair Oaks Mall) took the time to help me out, measure my size to confirm (that passed my first customer service test since I already knew my size), explain to me their stocking procedure, and they went above and beyond to look for the right coat for me.

Today's visit felt a little different though as soon as I opened the doors it felt clean like operating room sterile type clean which I appreciated! However it also felt very sparse the aisles and racks that are usually over flowing with products were very neat and very limited! I couldn't tell if they were limited due to low inventory or if they were limited for COVID reasons? Jury is still out on that one! During the check out portion of my visit there were bottles of hand sanitizer everywhere! The employees sprayed the counters down in between each transaction! Not only were the employees were mask but they had a barrier of plexiglass to help keep them safe! Overall I appreciated the measures the store took to keep its employees and customers safe. I would've have enjoyed more inventory to choose from though!

Also Ralph Lauren colognes, other than Red Extreme, don't last very long. I would like to say this is the best looking store at the mall. Very clean and organized, yet the price savings isn't there.

It was in great condition, I just wiped it down and washed the seat cover. Did I mention they have a great selection for work clothes? Awesome blazers, and work slacks. I've purchased everything from new York and company to white house black market. Overall great store with great products. I asked our cashier, "Joe," if I could enter my phone number for any discounts or to accumulate points toward membership benefits, and he rudely said, "It's too late." When I asked what he meant, he repeated that it was too late because the store was closing and he couldn't allow me to enter my number, even though it wasn't 7 p.m. yet, the store was still open, and there was still a line of customers checking out. I wasn't asking for anything complicated, just to enter my number on the keypad right in front of him, ring up our items, and check out. I also asked if my mother could sign up for a membership, since I'd been raving about this store and she was excited to join. He said no to both. I was genuinely confused because he seemed annoyed with us, and we hadn't done anything to him. Confused, I asked for a manager. It wasn't a miscommunication, since Joe spoke perfect English. I just genuinely didn't understand the refusal. While waiting, I overheard another cashier explaining the day's color-tag discounts and promotions to a different customer. Joe never offered us any of that information. We were met with rudeness and dismissiveness from him. When the manager came over, she had an attitude and talked over me as I tried to explain what was going on. She said Joe meant "there's no deals on Sundays" and pointed to the sign. I told her I already knew that, I can read, and I've been a member there for years. I was trying to explain that Joe had refused to let me enter my phone number, sign my mom up for a membership, or tell us about the color-tag discounts, claiming it was too late because the store was closing , even though there were still people in the store. The manager's response was that if we needed discounts, we should come back Monday through Thursday, which missed the point entirely and left my mother and me feeling like we'd been stereotyped as customers who were only there for discounts. I've shopped at this store for years and brought my mother because I wanted her to love it as much as I do. Instead, the visit left us feeling dismissed and stereotyped over what should have been a simple, friendly interaction. Joe and the manager were rude and unwelcoming, which made us so uncomfortable. A little patience and basic courtesy would have made all the difference. Please work on your customer service.

I tried them on and they felt great on my skin, but they would be to cold to wear without wearing tights or some under them for the winter. They are a type of soccer pants, but they did not have them in extra large for the navy blue pants. I wanted to get two pair and so I was debating on what to do, I saw some Puma cotton cargo pants on display. I found it was the first time they have them. I could not pass up this opportunity because I liked them more than the soccer pants. I bought and paid for them and asked to keep h as hanger that came with it. The cashier told me know. She said the hangers belong to the store...you get a thousand hangers for the clothing and your telling me no for one hanger? A bad word crossed through my mind about I did not argue with her this time. Despite this little incident, I will be back for more Puma items. I might even do a 2 hour massage at Healthwise. Clarks offer one of the most comfortable shoes for me. I must own at least five pairs I bought…read moreover the years. Now as long as I can find some pair(s) which are in the style I like, I'm in business for a super deal. Outlet stores often offer buy one pair and get 1/2 off on the second pair (of equal or lesser value) deal. If you can find two pairs you really like, it might make it worthwhile to purchase your shoes here. My wife and I sometimes have good luck finding one pair each (of similar value) to take a full advantage of their offer. Even then, it translates into about 25% off per pair of already reduced outlet prices. If the second pair is a lot less than the first, you obviously don't receive a good deal. I have seen some offers like BO and get the second pair for $20, or some other variations of offers. Additional 10% military discount is a plus any day. Happy hunting.
