My insurance paid the entirety of the bill and when I called to find out when my money would be returned it's 30-45 business days before they will begin to process a refund. If you have to use this place let them bill you this is absurd. This doesn't reflect the staff who preformed the ultrasound they were kind and efficient with care. Only registration and this hospitals poor management for those of us with insurance already paying high premiums.

If you have children please do not take them to this hospital! My 5 month old daughter started…read morerunning a very high fever Wednesday night, and she acted like it was painful for her to eat. So we took her to Johnson memorial and when we got there we had them test her for covid the flu and RSV and that test came back negative. We then asked them to test her for strep throat and they looked at her throat and said it was not red and they refused to test her. We do not vaccinate our children and once they found that out they started treating us very differently than they did when they did not know. They did not give us any medication for my 5 month old daughter who was running a fever nor would they check her fever either. When we got to the hospital they checked once and it was 102 and after they found out we don't vaccinate they refuse to check her again. They wouldn't give her any Tylenol or any type of medication to help her fever go down even though they knew she was running a fever. When we got back home her fever was at 104.8. We thankfully got her fever back down in time and the next day I called my pediatrician. My husband took her this morning and we found out that she does in fact have strep throat. We are taking precautions and we are reporting this doctor to the board. I am doing everything I can to make sure this doctor is reevaluated at this hospital. This was ridiculous and I don't care who you are you don't neglect a patient just because they're not vaccinated.
