Went in for an ultrasound with BCBSOK PPO was told I needed to pay 426.19 and then I'd be reimbursed post insurance I don't recommend anyone paying ahead. My insurance paid the entirety of the bill and when I called to find out when my money would be returned it's 30-45 business days before they will begin to process a refund. If you have to use this place let them bill you this is absurd. This doesn't reflect the staff who preformed the ultrasound they were kind and efficient with care. Only registration and this hospitals poor management for those of us with insurance already paying high premiums. read more

This is a mom and pop hospital they do not have no kind of specialist at all they will put you in a bed and call all these other hospitals until there's a bed open which will never come I'm having to drive to Forsyth county Winston-Salem right now to Forsyth medical to go have a surgery for kidney stone because they don't have no f****** kidney specialist to take stones out of you in this hospital so if I were y'all and you had some problems and you need a specialist I wouldn't come over here cuz only people that treating here is Daisy dukes and bow and Luke read more

The emergency room sent my 80 year old dad out by transport home in an opened hospital gown (no underwear)and a sheet in extreme cold weather (windshield in the teens). They bagged his clothes and shoes. He isn't able to dress himself. I'm very upset with them. read more

ER is the absolute worst I've ever experienced I left after waiting hours. Ridiculous they refer to themselves as a hospital.

I sat in the ER for 5 hours while people around me threw up. There was no communication. Two other patients demanded their IV's be removed so they could leave. Having experienced this here before I decided not to get the IV SO AT midnight I came home. Worn out and still worried. So sad. The front desk and registration people, however, they get 500 stars. Sweet and compassionate. This hospital has top notch doctors but I don't know what the issue is with the ER wait. read more

Every single time we go there we end up sitting in the waiting room for 5+ hours before getting taken back to a room. Once in the room you can bet on sitting for another 2 hours before a Dr will come see you. When they do, they barely do anything and tell you to see your primary care giver asap. Send you a bill for 10k + just for the Dr to give you the attention of a rock and generic medical advice that WebMD could have done better. read more

Worst experience EVER! The phlebotomists WONT take your blood in over an hour, they shove you and shift you to other places or send you home. Whatever happened to empathy and doing your job for once?! No one is here and this is our second time coming for my daughter to have blood work after a miscarriage. Awful hospital. The doctors lie to your face and in your patient reports, give you no information about any tests that have been done, and send you home feeling worse than you did when you got there. Unless you're dying on the spot, they don't take you seriously. And even if you might be, it's not their problem. read more

If you get COVID 19...DON'T GO THERE! Dr. Manfredonia is very unprofessional. He became enraged and started screaming at me when inquiring about my care. He also falsified my final discharge papers because I walked out of this horrible place after not being treated after 24 hrs after admitted for covid pneumonia. They stated on dc papers that they did treat and that they discharged oxygen (which are TOTALLY untrue and to cover their but. They also stated that I was leaving because I couldn't walk around the hospital, which is also TOTALLY untrue. I waited in the parking lot for a direct admit room . These ppl wanted me to have a seat in er lobby.. they knew i was positive for covid. This would expose alot of innocent ppl. Why the heck would i want to walk around. My oxygen when I left was 72 and I had to use my asthma inhaler to be able to breathe a WEEK later. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR LIFE! You are safer on your own!
