If I had a question, I was either "helped" with an annoyed monotone or a stifled laugh because... I don't know, I guess not knowing the name of certain cables and attachments makes me a plebeian fool? I avoided coming to this place like the plague for the longest time, but decided to return for curiosity's sake after learning that the previous staff had been replaced. Ever since the place changed owners, I can tell that they've had them focusing on making a more pleasant customer service experience. The weekend staff is so friendly and full of energy (I'm talking about YOU, Daniel), the shelves are always full and neat (except for the game guides. Most are well-used, so they unfortunately look like a frayed mess), and their selection is so wide, they even have some room for collectible goodies. The prices are a little rough, but they do try their best to price below GameStop for newer titles. I thought the retro games were pretty costly, but honestly, it's usually close to the cost as if I were to get them on eBay and include shipping. Can't really fault them for that if they're trying to make a profit. If there's anything close to negative I have to say, it's probably that the place is getting a little too popular again? Because there are so many people coming in, having only two people running front desk at a time leaves the risk of customers waiting a long time for a simple transaction, since they also handle repairs and the like. Maybe have someone who doesn't run a register that goes around answering questions? Not sure, but I do get sad when I see somebody who has been waiting in line just sigh and walk off because front desk is still working on testing a traded-in console. I wish them the best and hope they grow enough to hire more staff!

I have been having jewelry made for the last few years with stones I purchased. I always worked with the designers in NYC and NJ, so I decided to give a local business a try at getting my business that can be quite lucrative over time. I went in to get an estimate to have some earrings made and the salesclerk must have gotten insulted when I asking if the designer was in to give me a quote. She said she was giving me the quote, which was overpriced because I saw what the gold baskets cost for the size of my stones in the book she looked up. When she wrote up the prices, I told her flat out it was way too much. I brought in pieces that I had made recently in NJ, with a lot of weight in the gold ring, pendant, and earrings. I told her what I paid for each piece which was at least 40% less than what she wanted to charge! She told me I should go back to NJ and have them made there. THEN she had the nerve to complain to another clerk behind the counter that she "practiced restrained patience" with me. WOW! Great customer service! She should have waited until I was out of earshot or left the store before she complained. She should consider retiring or not be front facing with customers, she is not good for business. Well, I'm the one that wasted my time and energy trying to give them my business. So now, she has a negative review that will remain on the internet for all to see. P.S. I have never left a negative review before for any type of business, but she definitely deserves this one. My mother was looking for plant pots for her garden. I'm so thankful that we came here because I found a beautiful tiny succulent plant and Cary, who was working here today was VERY knowledgeable about how to care for the plants there, including the succulent that we purchased, along with an air plant that we purchased. I've cared for succulents before and I still learned a lot about caring for succulents. Not to mention I learned how to properly care for my air plant. My mom purchased two plants for herself as well and she was told how to care for them by Cary. I also want to talk about the inside store here, it has so many beautiful plants to purchase and they also sell gifts to buy, such as beautiful jewelry. I also found out that they are working towards opening their cafe again here. This is such an amazing place, and to top it off they have Cary, who is an amazing person, working here. I had a very, very small elopement wedding on 31 October 2015 at the Four Seasons Resort in Orlando, FL. However, my small wedding was to be styled as a large one with Save the Dates, Invitation Suites (for photos and keepsake), a dessert bar, a coffee bar, custom menu cards and place settings, etc. I spoke to Denise on the phone after she was recommended to me by my wedding planner and she was happy and eager to help! First we created a custom Halloween/Disney Save the Date card which was absolutely adorable. Denise designed it based on my vision and addressed and sent it to everyone, sending me a copy as a keepsake. Next we worked out the design (over the phone) for the wedding invitation suite and printed styled items for the wedding day. Denise and I worked out a few options and she sent me a beautiful set in the mail as a sample - from there I made changes and tweaks and adjustments for a few weeks until we had it perfect. She remained flexible and open to changes and suggestions up until a week or so out from my actual wedding date. She worked closely with my wedding planners to coordinate additional signage and items needed at the wedding without my approval (bc I had already discussed it with the wedding planner) and I was happy to know that was being taken care of without me! She was reasonable and friendly - engaged and professional. My items are beautiful - and at all times she was willing to go the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed for my day. I couldn't be happier with her and I would highly recommend her to anyone local or planning a wedding or special event in Florida. You won't regret it.

Denise didn't hesitate with the short notice as she quickly hit the ground running which I greatly appreciated. I had a destination wedding so Denise and I chatted through my wish list of items and we also walked through pictures of the linens, flowers and chargers that I was using as Denise wanted to clearly understand what it was about those details I loved so she can ensure she captured my vision perfectly. When Denise email me with my mockup, she exceeded my expectations as she nailed it in one shot especially my seating chart as it wasn't an easy one and required some out of the box creativity.
