I was disappointed to know my ring was unrepairable but she gave me options to redesign the ring to true its nature. She spent NUMEROUS hours designing, redesigning, modifying, and adjusting the design to my liking. After finally agreeing on the design and handing over my stone, I signed off to put all my trust and faith in Genna Jewelers. Six weeks later, Alex informed me that my ring and appraisal were ready. I walked into the store holding my breath and praying my new ring is everything I hoped for. I walked into the store and all the ladies gathered around Alex as she opened the box and pulled out the ring... my heart stopped!! It took everything to hold back the tears!! It was more beautiful than I could have imagined! The design is secure, one of a kind, and all me. Even my husband was in awe! I have been having jewelry made for the last few years with stones I purchased. I always worked with the designers in NYC and NJ, so I decided to give a local business a try at getting my business that can be quite lucrative over time. I went in to get an estimate to have some earrings made and the salesclerk must have gotten insulted when I asking if the designer was in to give me a quote. She said she was giving me the quote, which was overpriced because I saw what the gold baskets cost for the size of my stones in the book she looked up. When she wrote up the prices, I told her flat out it was way too much. I brought in pieces that I had made recently in NJ, with a lot of weight in the gold ring, pendant, and earrings. I told her what I paid for each piece which was at least 40% less than what she wanted to charge! She told me I should go back to NJ and have them made there. THEN she had the nerve to complain to another clerk behind the counter that she "practiced restrained patience" with me. WOW! Great customer service! She should have waited until I was out of earshot or left the store before she complained. She should consider retiring or not be front facing with customers, she is not good for business. Well, I'm the one that wasted my time and energy trying to give them my business. So now, she has a negative review that will remain on the internet for all to see. P.S. I have never left a negative review before for any type of business, but she definitely deserves this one. Try any other jeweler in the Melbourne, Rockledge area, this one is not worth spending your money at.

My mother was looking for plant pots for her garden. I'm so thankful that we came here because I found a beautiful tiny succulent plant and Cary, who was working here today was VERY knowledgeable about how to care for the plants there, including the succulent that we purchased, along with an air plant that we purchased. I've cared for succulents before and I still learned a lot about caring for succulents. Not to mention I learned how to properly care for my air plant. My mom purchased two plants for herself as well and she was told how to care for them by Cary. I also want to talk about the inside store here, it has so many beautiful plants to purchase and they also sell gifts to buy, such as beautiful jewelry. I also found out that they are working towards opening their cafe again here. This is such an amazing place, and to top it off they have Cary, who is an amazing person, working here. He was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend going to Emerald Island Garden Center for all of your gardening and landscaping needs.

I love how open she is and her deals. But mental health and DRUG health are a real thing. There's been customers who've approached me that were in line behind me that approached and I was in my car leaving (because sometimes that's how things works , 'in and out') and asked 'Is she on drugs?!' I've already reported the distribution. I hate for family owned businesses to go down . But maybe this just isn't 'her time'.

I had a very, very small elopement wedding on 31 October 2015 at the Four Seasons Resort in Orlando, FL. However, my small wedding was to be styled as a large one with Save the Dates, Invitation Suites (for photos and keepsake), a dessert bar, a coffee bar, custom menu cards and place settings, etc. I spoke to Denise on the phone after she was recommended to me by my wedding planner and she was happy and eager to help! First we created a custom Halloween/Disney Save the Date card which was absolutely adorable. Denise designed it based on my vision and addressed and sent it to everyone, sending me a copy as a keepsake. Next we worked out the design (over the phone) for the wedding invitation suite and printed styled items for the wedding day. Denise and I worked out a few options and she sent me a beautiful set in the mail as a sample - from there I made changes and tweaks and adjustments for a few weeks until we had it perfect. She remained flexible and open to changes and suggestions up until a week or so out from my actual wedding date. She worked closely with my wedding planners to coordinate additional signage and items needed at the wedding without my approval (bc I had already discussed it with the wedding planner) and I was happy to know that was being taken care of without me! She was reasonable and friendly - engaged and professional. My items are beautiful - and at all times she was willing to go the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed for my day. I couldn't be happier with her and I would highly recommend her to anyone local or planning a wedding or special event in Florida. You won't regret it.

Denise didn't hesitate with the short notice as she quickly hit the ground running which I greatly appreciated. I had a destination wedding so Denise and I chatted through my wish list of items and we also walked through pictures of the linens, flowers and chargers that I was using as Denise wanted to clearly understand what it was about those details I loved so she can ensure she captured my vision perfectly. When Denise email me with my mockup, she exceeded my expectations as she nailed it in one shot especially my seating chart as it wasn't an easy one and required some out of the box creativity.
