I sent a contact message checking to see what was available, hoping to find someone good who could help me. Got a message back from Jonathan, asking what I was looking for. I explained my situation to him and he actually stayed after his day was done to fit me in. I wanted to see who he was and his experience, but he wasn't listed on the salon's website, so I googled him and found a review. It was an excellent review and I was so excited it would be someone who has great experience. I get to the salon and Jonathan was finishing up with the young lady before me. He did an amazing job on her hair and I knew I was in the right spot. All I can say is Jonathan knows hair, everything about hair. He did an amazing job coloring and cutting my hair with such precision. I immediately felt very comfortable with Jonathan. He's a great guy, with a heart of gold. He's also got a lot of great stories. I can't wait to move here and see him again. He is extremely talented, and he's a delight to be around! He's that stylist everyone looks for. I feel so blessed that he took the time to help me.

The 1st was a disaster! I came back for an emergency follow up because my face was so damaged with Dr. Alcroft only to say this at my visit "this is normal and use Aquaphor - it should clear up in a few weeks". I was told that this was to be a quick and easy procedure? What? I had 3 degree burns on my face and that's all he could say?!! Oh did take a picture? I am still recovering from this and have been going to an excellent dermatologist in the area who has been working with me to repair this awful damage. Be aware if you have darker skin!
