My old hair color came back after just one wash and when I questioned it, they will just tell me they can't do anything about it or that I must buy their pricey shampoos to make it work. They even recommended me to dye it a second time in a week to get the color that I want....which just tells me they just want your money knowing that-that much of chemicals in someone's here in just a short amount of time is harmful and unhealthy.
