My PT, Andy Collentro, is professional, personable and nonjudgemental--something I really appreciate as an older woman who has not been going to the gym every day for the last 30 years!

I was referred to her by my previous long time acupuncturist when he was no longer able to see patients and she has not disappointed. She has lived up to my very high expectations. I have now been seeing her for over a year and enjoy every treatment session. The primary reason I see her is for a herniated disc in my neck that causes me chronic pain but she is very in tune with everything that is going on for a total well being approach for treatment. Treatment has had a very positive impact on my overall pain level and level of every day comfort. She is very kind and easy to talk to about whatever is ailing you at the time, but is also very knowledgeable. In addition to acupuncture I receive gua sha which I am a huge fan of. I always leave very relaxed. The treatment room is very peaceful and a great escape from the craziness of daily life. It is truly a setting where one can escape and focus on themselves and their well being. The location is easy to get to and she has parking at the end of the drive, so you will never be stressed about finding a parking space. I highly recommend Sahar for your acupuncture needs. You won't regret seeing her!

Admittedly, I was a bit unsure about acupuncture. I had heard great things about it, but it was hard for me to understand how such tiny, hair-thin needles could impact physical health. Despite my reservations, I was really impressed with Geralyn's thoroughness, professionalism and knowledge at my initial assessment. Based on some of my other health symptoms she made recommendations for me to see her regularly for a few months. I was blown away with how I felt after my first appointment. I had also been experience digestive issues and after just one session I noticed a big difference. Over the course of the next few months I noticed other changes in my overall well-being, health and cycles. Then, in October I found out I was pregnant! I'm now 6-months pregnant and have continued to see Geralyn for treatment to help support me through the pregnancy. I've felt great! After seeing Geralyn for almost a year, I not only would encourage anyone thinking about acupuncture to try a session, but also highly recommend Geralyn herself. Beyond her professionalism, Geralyn is an incredibly warm, kind and intuitive person. She'd always seem to know exactly what type of treatment I needed that week and helped to create a space for deep relaxation and healing at her practice. I'm so grateful I found her services!

Performing a Feng Shui consultation is basically like doing Acupuncture on your house. So, when Geralyn and I have "shop talk" it's definitely pretty interesting! Speaking as a patient, I find Geralyn to be upbeat, kind, and knowledgeable. Although we haven't been able to cure my incredibly stubborn migraines, I always feel like I'm floating on a cloud when I leave. I think Acupuncture is something you MUST do on a regular basis, especially in this crazy world we live in. She also introduced me to some amazing essential oils - "Abundance" and "Inspiration" - which live up to their names.

These people are highly skilled, and no one has been able to solve my migraine problem. So, I have to admit, I didn't have a lot of hope. However! Once I laid down on the table, I got the distinct feeling that Allyson knew what she was doing. She told me that I was eating too many cold foods, and that my stomach was really cold, and things were getting stuck. It's true - I was having a HUGE cold smoothie everything single morning. So, after my treatment, I went straight to an Indian restaurant and some piping hot Tikka Masala! I saw Allyson yesterday, and again, I was holding all my stress in my stomach. After my treatment, I floated out of her office on a cloud, and enjoyed the beautiful day. I was in an exceptionally good mood. As a side note, I'm a Feng Shui Master (of all things), and many people don't know this, but acupuncture and Feng Shui are 2 of the Eight Branches of the Tao Healing Arts. So, Feng Shui is like doing acupuncture on your house. Consequently, Allyson and I speak the same language. I highly recommend her, and I'm definitely looking forward to my upcoming sessions!

This woman has x-ray fingers, phenomenal expertise and a heart of gold. The week of the coronavirus shutdown, as I was beginning physical therapy with Carolyn for relatively minor lower back issues, I had an accident and severely injured my shoulder. Unable to get an MRI or a medical diagnosis because of the shutdown of all "elective" procedures, I turned to Carolyn for help. She accurately diagnosed the problem as a torn rotator cuff with involvement and possible tearing of my bicep. While her practice essentially shut down for months, Carolyn took advantage of her essential service status to guide me through a 6-month course of physical therapy to keep my shoulder from freezing up and becoming inoperable. It was very difficult to maintain the motivation to continue daily, somewhat painful 90-minute PT sessions every morning for 6 months, especially since the goal was not to get better but merely to keep from getting worse. But Carolyn kept me going, disinfecting the office specially for me and maintaining safe protocols in order to continue seeing me weekly and sometimes twice a week -- encouraging me, challenging me, caring about me and for me. When I finally saw a surgeon, he said that it was only because of the on-going physical therapy that I was even a candidate for surgery so long after the injury. I had the surgery almost 6 months to the day after the accident and Carolyn is now guiding me through what will be a lengthy recovery. I have all the faith in the world that she will get me through it and I encourage anyone in need of physical therapy to call her. You won't do better anywhere.X-ray fingers
