Today I tried the chicken and medium steak hibachi combo. All hibachi orders come with vegetables and fried rice which is already a good deal. Most places it's additional $2 or more for friends rice. My order was ready in less than 10 mins. I was like WHOA! Now that's service!! Haha! I came home sat down and ate my order. Didn't feel like sitting out there next to the food truck to eat my food. Parking wasn't paved and every car that leaves or enters makes a dust storm! Gross! Not my ideal place to eat. Food was flavorful. My friends were right. These guys are fast, delicious and affordable. They even put in extra soy sauce and spicy mayo sauce in case you want to add more flavor to it. Aside from the parking and unpaved road with the dust storm, the reason for my rating (4/5 stars) is because my fried rice was a little undercooked!! I'm just hoping that I only got a bad batch. I wish they put a little more water in the rice or left it in the steamer a little longer before making it into a fried rice. It was flavorful but was just undercook. It was still a little hard when I was chewing on it. Next time I come here and have the same problem then I will let them know that the rice is undercooked.

I should've taken a picture *before I began devouring it*, but I was wildly and pleasantly surprised when the sweet lady who waited on me, asked how I wanted my steak cooked. Really? This is a food truck, I really didn't expect much of a steak, but when it showed up the steak was perfectly medium rare and really nice quality meat. There were four huge shrimp that were at least two bites a piece, 20+ juicy flavorful bites of steak and with the rice and stirfry vegetables the flavor explosion was rounded out with their exceptional yummy sauce. I don't know what's in that stuff but it's like crack, and this was a heck of a deal! Not only that, but this is some of the best Asian influenced food that I've had in quite some time. Moist, delicious and loaded with flavor. I know I'm going to butcher the lady's name that works the food truck, but I believe it's Ariani ?
