The consistency was hard and tasted like it had been cooked with old salmon. I'm thinking that it was cooked earlier in the day and just warmed up before serving. That's what I usually do, though there is space for casual dine-in as well. There is a separate counter for picking up carry-out orders next to where you place an order, which reduces congestion. The food itself is consistently high quality, generously portioned, and reasonably priced. Expect leftovers (though I do think the dine-in portions are slightly larger than carry-out). I rarely branch out because the sesame chicken is just too good, but I've also enjoyed the chicken fried rice, chicken and broccoli, and chicken lo mein. Carry-out always manages to stay fresh and warm. They have an impressive selection, so there's something for everyone. Wok Express is always on my list when I'm back in town! They are generous with the portions as well as their yum-yum sauce. They should offer hot sauce imo. If you're hungry and staying nearby, opt for their meals which will leave you satiated well enough until your next meal. They were super friendly with us showing up close to closing time and gave us free sushi.
