Jackie, the owner, sat me right down in the chair even though it meant she would be staying after her closing time. I explained to her what I wanted with my hair and beard, and she asked a few questions, and the result was a perfect cut and beard trim. I'm 100000% loyal to her. My wife often comes with me, and she remembers her name. Our granddaughter came with us once, and Jackie gave her her first lollipop and still asks about her every time we are there. Jackie truly listened to mom so that she was certain what her wishes were in regard to her cut. She was very friendly and accommodating. She listened and engaged in a professional but friendly way. Its very difficult for me to find a good hair stylist, because my hair is curly, thick, and had terrible color. I made an appointment with Kiesha, who did an amazing job! She listened to every detail, and was able to advise me on the perfect color (a mocha brown with red tones!). She cut my hair the way I wanted, and even treated it with CHI keratin to protect the color. After, I got a free eye-brow wax (that was their walk-in special). Which she did perfectly as well, and made sure not to bother my sensitive skin. All of it only cost me $70! Half of what I normally have to pay. I am VERY satisfied, and will be going back!
