I know it seemed…read morelike they lost a lot of tenured employees after they merged with Cornerstone Lending and they still are. There's only 1 person left that I recognize anymore. It's sad, I loved coming here to see people I recognized and that knew me. It doesn't feel personalized anymore. Hopefully it gets better. In the meantime last I checked they had some of the best rates in town.

Roscoe might be a good option for local use or someone that will not travel much, there's just a…read morefew glaring issues with thinking of them anymore than that. Some of the items are, the banks traveling policy is to just block any access outside of the U.S., which is a hassle obviously for traveling. Most modern banks will have some piece of the app/access that will confirm where you actually are, which can also help with confirming transactions are from you. Slightly concerning it is the way it is here. I lost my card recently, called the 24/7 line to lock it. Someone outside of the U.S. answers, asks me for the name of my bank/account number to start .. I didn't give this info to them, but they also stated they cannot lock it and would need to transfer me elsewhere.. huh?! I told this to a teller and it seemed pretty minor, even though it's sketchy to call a number your bank provides in those instances of losing a card, getting someone outside of the U.S. that seems to be phishing, rather than helping. The mobile app, which is decent at best, has an option for mobile deposit.. great! However when you deposit a check they cancel it because they want you to write something on the check (yet there's not instruction to do so in the app).. why not just add in instructions, instead of useless manual work? Apparently there was a name change too, as a customer I never heard about it, just get my deposits canceled because I put the wrong bank name as well.. Why not tell your customers you changed your bank name? It's just simple stuff that Roscoe either doesn't seem to collectively care about (that as a customer you would want your bank to care about) or doesn't do anything to communicate to customers.. I got tired of lackluster banking and moved to a local Austin option!

From day one, Laura took the time to truly get to know us as people. She listened carefully to what we liked and didn't like, understood our goals, and took the time to learn what was most important to us in finding the right home. She didn't just help us search for houses... she became a trusted advocate who genuinely championed our interests every step of the way. Laura went above and beyond in ways we never expected. Every property we considered was thoroughly vetted, not only for its features and condition, but also for potential issues that could affect us down the road. Whether it was physical concerns with the property, deed restrictions, HOA requirements, or anything else that might impact our future enjoyment of the home, Laura dug deep and made sure we had the information we needed to make confident decisions. What impressed us most was the level of care she brought to the process. She evaluated each home as if her own family were purchasing it. We never felt pressured. We never felt rushed. We always felt protected, informed, and supported. Buying a home can be stressful, but Laura made the experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. Her professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge, and genuine care for her clients set her apart. She isn't simply selling homes... she's helping people create the next chapter of their lives. Thank you, Laura, for helping us find not just a house, but a place we are excited to call home.
