We spoke on the phone and she seemed like a really nice girl who knew what she was doing. It was time for us to get some new family photos so we went ahead and set up a date. I wanted to shoot at my fave winery, so we had to get permission and work with them to leave the gates open after hours for a sunset shoot which wasn't easy to do. We spent hours getting our family of 4 ready and headed out into the blistering August heat. Peyton was late and we couldn't get ahold of her at first, but she did eventually show up. She was very nice and brought along her family's giant jenga set for us to do some photos with. We got amazing photos of my son playing his sax in the vineyard, some great jenga action shots, so many wonderful sunset moments, I was so excited as she showed me the photos along the way. She promised photos within a couple of weeks. Then, Peyton completely disappeared. Months went by and not a word, despite me sending several texts and IG messages. I worriedly looked for family members of hers on Instagram and found her mom and messaged her to see if everything was ok. Everything was just fine her mom assured me, Peyton was evidently just "very busy". I waited a bit longer and sent a few more messages that went unanswered. I was polite every time I reached out, and even offered to even pay for the photos despite our previous agreement. I told her if the photos were lost I would understand. Nothing, ever. It is now February and she's resurfaced on Instagram but still won't respond to me. If you are capturing an important moment, an engagement, a wedding, a new baby, or just celebrating your family...please, please, please hire someone else. It's not worth risking having those moments lost forever to someone who's "too busy" to ever send you a single photo from your shoot. I wasn't going to write this review because I really don't like tearing people apart, but I'm just so sad over never getting to see those photos. Even more so, I'm incredibly frustrated at being completely ignored despite being kind and composed this entire time.

Never have I had this much of a tiring and frustrating experience with a person of business. My daughters Quincenera was on March 12 2022 and I barely got my wallet pictures on August 30th. The hall had also initially recommended her as the choreographer, the week before practice was supposed to begin she tells me that she cannot do the Sunday anymore and I would have to pick a different day. I could not pick a different day because one of the chambelanes would have to drop out. She found me someone else who was also charging $700 but told that lady to only make sure she showed me two songs. The lady thankfully said she did her own methods and actually did about 5 songs since she was very detailed. Throughout the process for the photographer I had to be the one to constantly check in and ask if she needed anything for the slideshow etc. She always seemed so unorganized and on the day of she was even 20 minutes late. She failed to mention that my daughter needed a red dress to coordinate her next to her Quincenera dress, she asked me the day of. She told me she did not have to be dressed just hair and make up done just to be told the day of that she needed the dress. She had told me the pictures would take a few months, I reached out on 4/20 at 7:14 in the morning asking for an update. No answer until I tried to call her which she ignored and responded at 6:37pm stating she was busy and would call me back at 9:30pm. She never called me to which I reached out on 4/21 at 930pm, she did not respond until 4/22 @11:04am. She said she could meet me that week after to deliver my stuff. She said Friday evening worked best but I did schedule her for 5/6 as I would have my daughter with me that day. I asked her if 6pm worked and she said yes. I messaged her that morning on 5/6 at 3:12 asking if we can meet at 5pm, no response. I called her and she told me she forgot we had an appointment. She said that she would call me back. She did not call me back, on 5/9 @7:17 am I reached out asking for a status, to which she responded she worked all weekend and when she went to the lab my pictures were not there. She said she would have them Tuesday 5/10. I asked her if we can do Thursday she said she was busy so I scheduled for Tuesday 5/10, I asked her if we can do 630 to which she said she needed to beat traffic and wanted to meet at 7 or 8pm. I asked her if 7 worked and no response, I text her again at 10 am she did not respond. I text her again at 11:33am and she finally said 7 was fine. She messaged me Tuesday 5/10 at 6:34 pm stating she was barely leaving and she would take an hour and 20 minutes. I was upset and called her to only find out it would not make sense to meet me Tuesday since she actually did not have my daugthers video and "she could see how upset I was." We agreed to meet Thursday (the day she said she was busy). She actually made it on time and she then told me she didnt realize I ordered the bigger package she thought I ordered he basic. She did not realize it came with a big portrait and she also forgot my wallets. She did not tell me how long it would take for my acrylic book on 5/27, no response. I messaged her again 5/31, no response. Finally I had to call her and she told me to text her my email to review pictures. She said she would send me an email I got no email, I messaged her on 6/20 asking her for the email, she was out of the office and said she would resend it. 6/22 I sent her another message because I got no email. I was once again ignored and messaged her on 6/24. She finally sends me the link hours later. I had my daughter review pictures and sent her a message on 6/29 that they were a go. Finally 7/28 pictures were ready but unfortunately my daugthers dad had covid so I scheduled the appointment for 8/11. She arrived but once again did not have my wallets or big portrait. She said she had forgot and had to send me a text for a reminder. She said this would only take a week, I waited patiently and messaged her on 8/26 asking for a status. She said Tuesday at 5pm, she messaged me Tuesday at 4:50 saying she was going to be there at 5:30 pm. I was there on time at 5 and waited, it was 5:30 she had not arrived. I called her and she said she was running late. Not only was she already late to our 5pm appointment she was late to being late. I was furious, she lacked even apologizing upon arrival. I called the hall and let them know and then she finally decided to apologize. This lady should not be in this industry she has no etiquette, no consideration for your time, and thinks time revolves around her.
