I left Tampa for a quarterly business trip down to Miami and went by the fish plugs place of business at 2:00 PM on a Wednesday and the place was all locked up. Through the window you can see a lighted open sign but there was nobody to be found. I banged on the locked up door and rang the bell, called , texted many times and after 30 minutes headed out to Ft Lauderdale where by the way I was able to find the lobster tails I was looking for and bought 20 lbs for a much better price than the fish plugs place. So thank you fish plug for allowing me to save money for what I was going to buy from you but apparently you people have no idea on how to run a business or treat customers. And by the way your competitors tails were as fresh at they come. I will be buying from them from now on! You can't sell product if you don't answer your phone and have a locked up storefront during your posted business hours. It's bad business and that makes me not want to do business with irresponsible people that don't care about their poorly run business! This sight makes give you a minimum of 1 star but in reality you do not deserve any stars!
