My husband and I booked JoMo Moving in June to move from our (3rd floor) apartment to our house. We knew that we needed help with moving our big items down 3 flights of stairs, on top of my husband recently having surgery so he could not lift over 10 lbs. To say this company was fantastic would be an understatement. We hired another company when we moved into our apartment to unload the truck we drove, and it took them over 2 hours just to unload. With JoMo Moving, they loaded their truck, drove to our new house, and unloaded the truck in 3 hours! They clearly knew that time was precious to us and worked incredibly hard to do the work as quickly as possible, while being mindful of handling our furniture, etc. The two movers were very kind and made sure we were happy with their services. Joshua also stopped by during the unloading process to check in on his workers and give us cookies and snacks as a housewarming gift. We cannot recommend this company enough! read more

Didn't do the job professionally even to the point they didn't use their own truck made my son use his. Left the job unfinished after sending pictures to the owner she agreed and said she would send crew back Monday I told she I'd rather call Thursday to give me a chance to remove any paint cans and things they said they couldn't move and she said ok. When I called back Thursday I discovered they had gone on a 2 week vacation out of country and wouldn't be available for 2weeks. They then proceeded to block my number. They damaged appliances and furniture and has cost me more money then I originally paid them. It was a complete nightmare read more
