I like the comfy seating area, reading material, pitcher of refreshing water, uplifting music. I went in for microblading treatment with Karolin. Karolin provided the best microblading experience for me!! She's quite talented and skillful at her many crafts! It didn't take long and the sensation felt like a scratching of the brow area - not as painful as I thought! The numbing cream helped plus the aftercare kit with the application stick proved most helpful with the recovery. I'm looking forward to getting a fill-in after a few weeks the next time I visit Florida. I'm so amazed how the brows make me feel like a new person, Karolin's measurements really help frame one's facial structure.

At minimum, acknowledge me and say "I'm running late" or whatever. BTW... I heard you tell the old rich lady in the pink and white who showed up after me "I scheduled you because I didn't think she'd show up". Then you took her back to attend her. My hair is naturally very dark and my roots are always hard to pull but after 10 years, she had it down to a science. When I moved, she gave me the flash card she kept for my visits with a detailed breakdown of the steps it takes to get my roots to the perfect blonde. My appointments took no longer than 2.5 hours or less and I only needed my hair toned 1 time and cost around $95 - $115, depending on what I was doing with my hair. After looking around for a new stylist, I settled on Moda Milano as the salon seemed very professional, with a full service list with pricing. A full head of foils is listed as $115. When I made the appointment, I gave them a detailed run down of what I needed and was told it would be $115. Awesome! Or so I thought...my appointment was at 2:30 and I didn't even get in the chair until 3:30 or later...I gave the stylist the detail card of how to do bleach my hair. She barely looked at it then handed it back to me...it was literally 5 simple steps. Fast forward close to 5 hours and THREE toners later and i'm just done at this point. The salon is empty as everyone had gone home that worked there and the stylist then tells me "that's $195". WHAT?!!! I told her that I was quoted $115 and have never spent more than that in my life. She then said "well it was alot of work".... I was so angry because I KNEW she wasn't just following what I showed her and said "It's never taken more than 2 and a half hours to do my hair". She ended up taking $10 off. TEN FREAKING DOLLARS. The next day, I started doing my hair and I found that my entire head has spots like the photo i've included....my ENTIRE head. Save yourself the time and frustration and skip this salon.
