For the price, definitely would come back again. My mom and I came in on a Friday afternoon and place was empty. They took us right away. We both did a hot stone pedicure and my mom also got a gel manicure. Pedicure chairs were clean. Salon was clean and decor was nice. Well lit place. Nail techs were friendly. Loved how our toes came out -- no complaints, well painted. There's small parking lot next door, make sure to read signs because not all stalls are for the nail salon. I usually go to this nail salon quite often. Never had any issues usually when the manager is there. I ask for a fill in. The tech nail table was dirty and full of dust. He never sanitized. The tech charged me for 2 acrylic gel polish FULL SETS. when I didn't even get polish. I supplied the tech with my own acrylic. The tech never communicated clearly about the pricing nor did he communicate I was going to get charged a full set. I asked him politely what exactly did he charge me with? He was highly frustrated and getting loud. I asked him to tone it down because I'm a woman 1st, second a customer shouldn't have to tell a nail salon employee to lower their tone. Found this gem of a place via Yelp while visiting Clearwater from San Diego. I was able to use their online reservation option. They got back to me quickly and was able to get the time we needed. When we arrived we were welcomed and felt like we were valued for coming to their salon. My husband got a pedicure and I got a gel nail fill. The women working there were very personable and respectful of our time. I know in different locations they do nails differently or different shapes, I got exactly what I wanted and more. If I lived in this area I would definitely have this be my place to go. Parking was super easy and the different options of colors and services Would be all I need in one place. They recently just opened a few months ago as I live down the street so I thought I'd try them out since it was very convenient for me. The place was very clean with welcoming staff. With covid going on I didn't feel like Unsafe. My nail tech was very sweet and did a good job on my pedicure and gel manicure. She helped me pick out a color as well. My pedicure was great, however.. The lady who did my nails was very inexperienced. She took two hours to get done with the acrylic, and couldn't do any designs. If you're a girl who wants foil/chrome DO NOT GO HERE. Poorly trained and don't even think the woman was licensed. I decided to give this nail spa a try because it is close to my office. I was looking for a reliable nail spa where I can go regularly, So Disappointed!!! 1st appointment for acrylic fill with Lee went ok. He gave me the sales pitch on his establishment. 2nd appointment I told Lee I had some lifting acrylic on some of my nails but he rushed my fill and left me with someone else to finish who did a terrible job on the gel polish. I was going out of town and had to fix it myself. 3rd appointment (fill and pedicure) just as my pedicure was finishing up and was ready for nails, Lee took a walk-in instead of me next and put me with another incompetent person who used dull nail cutters to shorten my nails and cracked the acrylic on several of my nails. The only benefit of this is I was able to see that I was at the start of a nail fungus on one of my nails from him filling over lifting acrylic at the previous appointment. Needless to say I complained and all he could say is "I'm sorry you are having a bad day"??? I am sorry I wasted time on this establishment! I left, went to another nail spa close by told them what happened and they took me right away, treated my nail, removed the lifting/cracked acrylic and did a beautiful job on my nails. read more

Any ole manicure will not do. This salon actually has the best reviews and the manicure was done by the matriarch. Slow and very talkative. The reason for the 3 star review...only Covid procedures in place: masks and gloves. No surfaces were wiped down before/after the manicure was done. Pen was not disinfected. I've had manicures in 3 other states recently...chairs wiped thoroughly, table tops wiped thoroughly, pens disinfected. Fortunately I did not get COVID but I won't go there again. read more
