Poor customer service. I took an instrument to them to be repaired, called them 6 weeks later and…read morethey did not know where my instrument was. Megan said they would call me back. I called them back later that day and the next day, the manager did not bother to get on the phone with me but was relaying messages to Megan on the phone. They assured me they would be calling me back. The next day. I received a text message letting me know it would be six more weeks and the manager would update me. I had yet to talk to a manager or receive an apology. I texted back that it was unacceptable since they already had it 6 weeks and they lost it. They said they would try to get it done as soon as possible. Two weeks later I was informed the manager would be picking up the instrument and would contact me. A week later Gabe contacted me and was very apologetic for the situation. This was the first apology that I had received. Gabe is the reason this review got one star. He went above and beyond to apologize, communicate and called me more than once. I did get the instrument back. However, when I went to go pick it up, Megan acted like she did not want to help me or recognize that I was in the store. I paid over $300 to have the instrument fixed and my daughter informed me not all the pads were replaced. Very disappointed in this music store and the customer service received. I will be using a different music store in the future

I've been taking lessons with him for over a year now, and I can't say enough about his patience, encouragement, and unique ability to make each lesson both fun and challenging. He doesn't let me coast, he pushes me just enough to grow, and yes, I do sweat through my lesson! But that's exactly why I've progressed so much. My husband, who took piano lessons for years as a child, recently told me that I already play better than he ever did. What I appreciate most is that Alec believes in me. He helps me chase my childhood dreams, no matter my age and makes me believe they're within reach. In the middle of his 3rd grade year, we noticed that spark in him was starting to dim. You can tell his teacher was just killing time until retirement. So we made the choice to get him extra help. We were assigned Ms Cortney and she is absolutely AMAZING. He's catching up to where he needs to be and that spark in him and his passion for learning came back. He just started the 4th grade but we're continuing his tutoring. He has a 1 hour session a week and he can't wait to log on with Ms Cortney. She's very kind and patient and makes learning fun. Our first phone call went very well--Krista answered all my questions and concerns, and I was genuinely excited to get my daughter started. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. Since that initial conversation, I've made multiple attempts to follow up with Krista via text. While she has responded occasionally with what now seem to be empty promises, I can see she's reading my messages but continues to ignore them without providing any clear explanation as to why communication has suddenly stopped. It's extremely disappointing and confusing, especially after things started off so positively. At this point, it feels like I'm being completely disregarded without cause. I shouldn't have to chase someone down or beg to give them my business. I'll be taking my daughter--and my money--elsewhere.
