He explained that, as an authorized Samsung repair company, they have to pay licensing fees to Samsung and continuously stay up to date on Samsung's ever-changing technology and repair procedures. That level of specialized training is something many other repair companies don't invest in. In fact, before finding them, I contacted several appliance repair companies, and every one of them told me they worked on every brand except Samsung. That alone speaks volumes about the expertise this company offers. Not only did they repair my Samsung refrigerator's ice maker, but they also fixed my Samsung dryer, which had stopped drying properly. The technician went above and beyond by explaining everything in detail, answering all of my questions, and making sure I understood the repairs. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. I'm incredibly grateful to have both my refrigerator and dryer working again. I highly recommend this company and will absolutely use them again in the future.

Those were the exact words they used in describing that company. I had to DEMAND to speak with a manager before FAW assigned me someone else. Peter from Appliance Worx arrived, listened to us, diagnosed the problem and amazingly had the replacement "CRAFT ICE MAKER" on his truck. Replaced it.....and the whole visit took maybe 40 min. Moral of the story/review.....Appliance Worx is great. Dont let your home warranty ppl give you "crappy" service ppl.

They have glass cabinets, sideboards, night stand, lamps, dining tables and chairs, antiques (over 100 years old), vintage pieces (not quite over 100 years old but creeping up there in age)... plus so much more. The dining and living pieces have a style vibe of modern farmhouse, California coastal, and English country manor. All stunning. I loved the new handcrafted cotton tablecloths. Beautiful quality, They were thick,soft cotton with vibrant colors in various patterns, some bold and others subtle. The antiques they had were unique, there were these two wooden spice boxes from the 1890s that intrigued me. One is Czech with tiny enamel knobs and name plates, the other seems to have German based words with metal knobs and plates. Plus there was an antique wood carved animal butler (circa 1900s) near the front door that caught my eye. It stands near 5 feet tall (with its base), brightly painted colors, adorable facial expression and outfit.

We had the pleasure of hosting the Bella trailer for our guests and people could not stop talking about them. The stalls were clean, decorated & Anna even threw in a few rugs to place outside the steps. Robb & Anna did a fantastic job from drop off, walk through, first flush and pick up.
