Will never hire or recommend them again! Hired them (despite their higher price quote) to do a lock install and recode lock cylinders. Sent in pictures of the door and they recommended a lock. I checked with them before purchasing the expensive lock (that they had recommended) to confirm that it would fit our application. They texted to confirm that they had checked with the locksmith, and it would work. Purchased the lock but they never showed up for the appointment (despite confirming over the phone)! When I called, I was told that the locksmith didn't come out "because it was rainy". They never called to let us know AND it's an inside door! They rescheduled the appointment and when the locksmith came it was the owner John, who was not only rude to my wife, but told us that the lock would not work. The lock can't be returned now as the return period has elapsed, and John has refused any attempt to make it right. read more

Jon's Team member Aaron came out and replaced all of our locks and put in a Nest which was very well done. Then I locked myself out of the house (long story) and I call Jon on a Friday night at 7 pm. Chester, Jon's son, made my day when he arrived during "turnover" hours and fixed a broken deadbolt on my Anderson-knock-off door in Eastham. I had called him the same morning. There was a four hour window before the next renters arrived. Chester not only installed the deadbolt pin (they have lots of Anderson parts on hand), but he moved the plates for the 3-point lock and bored some wood out of the holes to make the latches work smoothly.
