I had called a few Cape companies to replace my two very old 9' X 7' garage doors and got the standard quick estimate but also the standard "3-4 weeks" to accomplish the task. In one of those ValuePak advertisements was a coupon for All in Garage Doors so I called. It's a husband and wife business and the phone was answered by the wife who took my info and said her husband, Victor, would get back to me to set up an appointment. I figured it was going to be the same routine but was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Victor about an hour later and said he was on a job but could stop by on the way home to look at the job. Sure enough, he was here that same day, answered all my questions, went through his catalog of doors and accessories. Totally professional, informational and customer focused! Then he gave me a fair and reasonable price! He said he would check his supplier's inventory when he got home and call me with an install date. I was more or less shocked when he called the next day and we set an install date that fit my calendar. Victor and his assistant (Jeremy) showed up on time on a very hot afternoon, dismantled and removed the old doors and tracks, installed the new doors and motors and completely cleaned their work area - fast, thorough and professional. About a week later, I had a problem with one of the doors that appeared to be with the motor, not the door. I called and his wife again answered, took my info and said she would call Victor to let him know. To my surprise, he showed up a couple hours later and quickly determined that it was a defective motor unit. No questions asked - just said he'd have a new unit by the next day and could install it the day after - could he come early? I said yes and he was at the house at 7:45 AM and done by 8:15. Of course, no charge and was happy to solve the problem - very professional and personable! Back in March, we had this company provide and install a garage door. Our contractor advised us not to go with a garage door company because they overcharge and there aren't any good ones on the Cape. We made some calls anyway and found All In.
