Sent in pictures of the door and they recommended a lock. I checked with them before purchasing the expensive lock (that they had recommended) to confirm that it would fit our application. They texted to confirm that they had checked with the locksmith, and it would work. Purchased the lock but they never showed up for the appointment (despite confirming over the phone)! When I called, I was told that the locksmith didn't come out "because it was rainy". They never called to let us know AND it's an inside door! They rescheduled the appointment and when the locksmith came it was the owner John, who was not only rude to my wife, but told us that the lock would not work. The lock can't be returned now as the return period has elapsed, and John has refused any attempt to make it right.
