Uhhhh man.... Idk what to say about this place. They towed my van out of my lot claiming that I…read moredidn't have a permit. But I did have a permit when I parked it. Someone took my permit, whether it was another tennant it them, I can't say. But my lock had been definitely picked by someone. Nothing was taken but the permit, which makes me think the tow company did it when they realized they had taken a legit vehicle. They also popped out my rear bumper and damaged my passenger side wheel well. I KNOW they did it because the passenger mirror was also popped inward which requires a lot of force. The girl at the desk said she would tell the owner, but I doubt anything will come of it. The only positives are that they released the vehicle with no charge because the owner of my building told them they had to. What I found disturbing is they released it with no paperwork, no signature, they didn't even ask for my ID. I think maybe she was just trying to be nice, because they shouldn't have towed my car in the first place. But honestly, they're was something shady about the whole thing.

Shoutout to Vulcan Towing & Recovery - Anchorage, Alaska…read more On August 11, 2025 I set out to haul away a very old sailboat with a cracked hull and what I soon found out had a rotten trailer tire to the Anchorage Regional Landfill. The plan went sideways fast when one of the trailer tires blew out, the rim hit the road, and I had to limp into the Carr's Quality Center Aurora Village parking lot. A couple of towing companies told me flat-out, "No way, we're not set up to handle a boat." Then I called @Vulcan Towing & Recovery. Without hesitation, they said: "No problem, we'll be right there." Sure enough, they arrived quickly, and within 10 minutes had the boat safely loaded up and on its way to its final resting place.
