Now, all four top teeth have root canal issues, and the cost to fix this is over $20,000. On top of that, he used an intense light that left dark spots on my lips after drying the glue. It seems he did all this intentionally, with these problems only becoming apparent years later. I recorded all my visits and can provide proof if necessary. Dentist. Lindgren falsely claimed I cursed his staff, which is completely untrue. If I had, I would ask him to specify exactly what was said and to whom. I urge him to do the right thing. This behavior is unprofessional and immature. Dentist. John Lindgren and his wife, both highly educated and quick to defend themselves, seem skilled at deflecting criticism rather than addressing the real issues at hand. Despite their credentials, their behavior throughout my treatment was unprofessional and disrespectful.

Gaslit me and questioned whether I actually had insurance. After I called Delta Dental to re-confirm it, I asked secretary if she'd be willing to call Delta to confirm. She wouldn't even do that. I even mentioned that I was under stress because of having a kid due in a couple days, and they were even ruder! Despite leaving me with perfect teeth years ago, I failed to wear my retainers and found myself at 24 with a pretty janky smile that I was looking to fix. Dr. M suggested I try Invisalign and put me on a 9 month plan. The process was seamless, and I couldn't be happier with the results. What I've always loved about Dr. M is his ability to explain the course of treatment in a way that's easy to understand. He's also always been very realistic about results. Plus, the girls in his office are the nicest!! However, as much as I adore the whole team, I'm definitely going to be wearing my retainers this time around so I'm hoping i don't have to see Dr. M and his staff any time soon :)
