I have been a patient of Dr. Dehni for many years. When I moved to Miami 3 years ago, I couldn't really stomach going to another dentist so I continued to schedule my appointments during my trips to Boston. Recently, I was back in Boston for a few days for a friend's wedding in which I was a groomsman. The Friday night before the wedding, I chipped my front tooth while taking a drink from a glass bottle. I called the office and left a message on the answering machine explaining the situation. I told them it was an emergency!! Dr. Dehni called me back right away. He said to come in early the next morning before the wedding and he'll fix it right up. I'm a new patient to Dr Dehni. The staff has made me comfortable and has been understanding. My fear of dentists and the fact I've neglected my teeth makes sedation my only option I had my first treatment which consisted on deep scaling and root planing. I've had no discomfort or bleeding. I misunderstood and thought teeth polishing was part of the initial cleaning but it was not. They helped me set up a payment plan and my next step is whitening which includes the polishing of my teeth. First time here *should have thought twice when they had availability that day Was told the the tooth was cracked and needed a crown, quoted $1780.00 after insurance only if there was nothing else that had to be done. If not i could need a root canal Had a gut feeling something was wrong and decided to leave, called a friends dentist and was told i could not be seen for 2 weeks. When was the last time you hugged your dentist?? I did just the other day. I met Dr Denhi early in 2017 for some quick emergency work. My teeth have been in rough shape for several years so it was time to make a plan. Genes, neglect whatever. That's not important. What is important is Dr Denhi and team improved my self-image. I went in to see Dr. Dehni because my crown had fallen off. I was not in pain but thought I should see him hoping he could reattach the crown. He immediately said the tooth was too small and we couldn't do that. That's fine, not his fault. He said he wanted to x-ray the tooth and I explained I was nervous about that since I thought I could be pregnant. He said not to worry and did the x-ray. His staff looked nervous at his decision but we all foolishly trusted him. I saw two other dentists within 10 days and the other two both said they would never do x-rays with the possible pregnancy. His staff, however, is fabulous. Upbeat, gentle, and seem to be genuinely interested in the patient. He was gruff and insincere. I've never been back. read more

I went to Lynnfield Dental associates and had a lot of old crowns I had for 25 to 30 years replaced by Dr Denhi. I was very impressed with the technology available so I did not have to wait weeks with temporary caps. I had my right side redone for $12,000. The Dr administered the Novocain and then he checked my bite alignment when my mouth was completely numb. I have never been able to close my mouth and have my teeth connect to chew on that side. When I do my eye tooth bites right through my lip. Ouch. The crowns I had done on the left side are only a few years old. Three on the bottom need to be redone again because I have cavities under the crowns. After 30 years of crowns I never had a cavity under a crown and now three. This is going to cost me another $6,000, after I just paid $4,000 to have them done not that long ago. Doesn't anyone guarantee their work? Such a frustrating industry. No insurance and costs a bloody fortune. I am out of patience and money. Have no idea what to do next. read more

I've been a patient at Lynnfield Dental for close to 20 years. Everyone at the office is always cheerful, helpful and friendly. The office is always very clean and organized. When I first went I was amazed at how modern everything was and to this day I am always impressed how they seem to embrace new technology to make things better and faster. Dr Denhi and Melissa didn't rush it and took their time to make sure it was a perfect match and fit - long after I thought it felt fine, they were still making little tweaks to get it exact to their liking. Dr. told me the plan I needed to have done with my mouth , after they told me the price i was going to pay after my 2 crown and handle me the paper with the cost, they saw i have a good insurance and from $608.00 they told me i was going to pay, the next day they change the for $1600.00 Please do NOT go there they have fake smile until they get your good insurance. is super hard to found a good honest dentist. read more

I have been a patient here for 12+ years and I'm very sad to write this review--but I believe it's necessary. The staff is top notch and they always provide stellar service. Unfortunately, I don't have plans to continue visiting this office due to some changes to how they process insurance. Lynnfield Dental Associates no longer accepts my insurance for services beyond cleanings/x-rays. I did a service with them in 2018 because they told me that some of it would be covered by my insurance (not all, just some). They explained the process took a bit longer to pay me but part of it would be covered. After 4 months of back and forth between the office and my insurance company, the service was repeatedly denied. I'm struggling with this situation as the staff never told me that it was denied until 4 months after the initial service; they only told me that there was a glitch they were working out with my insurance company. I would never have performed this service if I had known that some of it would not be covered by insurance. And now I'm stuck with a way larger bill than expected. Please make sure to get all services pre-approved and signed off on by both the office and your insurance company before performing any work. I was told this was done but, obviously, it was not. And please be aware that this office doesn't accept all the same insurances as they have in the past; just double check before you perform anything. read more

I never thought I'd leave a 5 star review for a dentist's office, but yet here I am. Dr. Moser and her staff are so great at what they do! I'm usually anxious at the dentist, but they made every effort to make sure that I was comfortable. I, unfortunately, needed a lot of work done in a short amount of time and they had no problem fitting me in when my schedule allowed. Rena and the rest of the staff are super helpful and kind as well! They were informative and actually taught me a few things about dental hygiene too. With a lot of work comes a lot of costs. The price of dental work can be overwhelming, especially with sub par or no insurance at all. My emotions got the best of me when I found out about the amount of work I needed and the price tag that comes with it. So I found myself- a grown 28 year old woman- sitting in the dentist's chair crying because I knew I would have trouble affording what I needed done. Dr. Moser was super understanding and Rena was kind enough to sit with me and cheer me up. Luckily, even the two women at the front counter (Corey and Susan??) were helpful and understanding of my situation and helped me with some financing options. I first found Lynnfield Dental Associates while living in Singapore. I was uncomfortable using the local dentists in-country, and was having a terrible toothache. I called Lynnfield Dental to schedule an appointment for 3 months hence (the next time I'd be in Lynnfield), and Susan was just fantastic - she gave me some good suggestions for easing the pain, and was great at working around my scheduling needs. I was only in the US for 1.5 weeks, and Susan, Dr. Dehni and the whole team could not have been greater at accommodating my brief schedule (I had a cracked molar, and needed a fair amount of work done). Dr. Dehni uses the latest technology, and does a LOT of continuing education to ensure he's at the cutting edge (no pun intended) of the dental profession. If you're afraid to go to the dentist, you HAVE to go here. I was scared to go to the dentist because it had been so long due to my fear of the dentist. I was truly petrified, but everyone put me at ease and helped me get the work done. I went under sedation to get lots of work done at the same time and I remember just about nothing of the procedure. Susan was amazing beforehand and Dr. Denhi was completely gentle and understanding. I never felt like anyone was judging me because of the condition of my teeth. I didn't feel like he was condescending at all. The entire staff is so sweet and helpful. It does cost a bit more than regular dentistry, but for me, worth every penny. read more

I have to give this office full marks because Dr. Dehni and his staff prevented me from participating in a long, painful, expensive, and ultimately UNNECESSARY treatment plan. They did so in a friendly, timely, efficient manner, and I cannot recommend this office enough for anyone suffering from significant dental or jaw-related distress. Today I am pain free and have regained significant function/range of motion thanks to Dr. Dehni's recommendations. Please read my full review for more details. Prior to contacting Dr. Dehni's office, I had been experiencing increasing pain and decreasing range of motion in my jaw. I had been wearing a mouthguard at night since 2006 and had been treated by at least four other dentists/orthodontists/oral surgeons for this problem. Every professional who ever examined me and my x-rays had recommended that I get braces, explaining that my crossbite was causing my jaw issue. Two oral surgeons recommended an even more invasive treatment plan, including surgical palate expansion followed by braces for at least two years. I had been coping with mild pain and loss of function for years with my mouthguard, not wanting to commit to a painful and expensive treatment option. However, earlier this year, my pain (headaches, eye aches, sinus aches, pinching, grinding) and loss of function (unable to eat many foods, unable to do many exercises at the gym) rapidly moved from mild to severe, and I knew I had to get another opinion and investigate more options. Dr. Dehni's practice was one of the few in my area that claimed to treat all of the symptoms I was experiencing, and since they were able to get me in for an appointment quickly, I went for it. The office staff at Lynnfield Dental are friendly and knowledgeable. I like their e-mail and text message system for appointment reminders. I like that they were extremely responsive in helping me set up a first appointment, and that they took seriously my claim that I was in significant distress and needed to be seen ASAP. I love that they had short-term slots available for "emergency" visits, even new patients. If you have had any kind of health-related concern in the last ten years, you know how difficult it is to get an appointment with a new doctor in a timely manner, and after many years of frustration, I was surprised and so grateful to get a quick appointment at this office. I have read previous reviews commenting on Dr. Dehni's manner. This is how I would describe Dr. Dehni: KNOWLEDGEABLE and EFFICIENT. This is how I like my doctors. The least flattering thing I can say about Dr. Dehni is that if you don't floss, he will call you out, and rightly so! ("FLOSS EVERY DAY!") Dr. Dehni has first-hand experience with the symptoms I had been experiencing. He took the time to describe his personal experiences with this pain and distress. He fully answered all of my questions about his recommendations and explained in detail why he didn't believe I needed braces or a palatal expansion. He examined my old mouthguard and recognized that it wasn't placing enough space between my back teeth, and therefore I had continued to clench them night after night for years, causing more and more damage to my jaw. He recommended that I get a new mouthguard and explained why his version would be better than the ones I had had before. I have to admit I was skeptical at first, because I have had two mouthguards before, and had gotten so many different opinions from different doctors. Mouthguards aren't cheap- this one ran about $900 in total, and I have paid more for them in the past. However, Dr. Dehni confirmed my suspicions that surgery and braces would cost so much more, and I was in complete agreement that I should try one more option before starting that long and painful journey. I am so happy to say I made the right choice. I have been wearing Dr. Dehni's mouthguard for months and today I am pain free- no more aches, no more pinching. I can comfortably eat many foods that I had completely abandoned (BAGELS!) and I can do floor exercises at the gym without the tension, prickly numbness, swelling, and eventual pain I used to experience. If you are in need of dental or orthodontic care, I can't recommend this office enough. After meeting with Dr. Dehni and his staff I abandoned my previous dentists/oral surgeons and now receive all of my care at his office. I had my first cleaning today with a new professional who was, unsurprisingly, exceedingly friendly and knowledgeable. I had a terrible experience at this office. I had an appointment for me and my son. My son hates the dentist and had stressed about going for week. I hired a babysitter to watch my toddler. I get to the office and they had cancelled our appointments with out telling me for no reason despite sending me text messages to confirm. They did nothing to accommodate me. I am very satisfied with my dental hygenist and the office staff. But I won't be returning to this practice and here is why. For several years I have been paying $185 for a periodontal cleaning. Today I was charged $250. A jump in cost of $65 in one year is ridiculous and it gets even worse. Due to coronavirus changes, they are not allowed to use any equipment on your teeth, so no actual cleaning or polishing of your teeth. Not their fault, I totally understand. But if all they are able to do to your teeth is manually remove some of the tartar with a pick, you are clearly not getting a complete cleaning of your teeth...again, not their fault. But wouldn't you think they would lower their cost to match the lower level of teeth cleaning services you are receiving?? An increase of $65 for a much lower level of service is utterly ridiculous. Ending a relationship with a dentist I have had for years was not how I thought my day would go. read more

I am a new patient at this practice and I am so happy I switched to Lynnfield Dental. The staff is amazing and super friendly! They really put you at ease and are attentive to giving you the best care. One of the biggest things I needed to be done besides my regular cleaning was the bond of my front tooth fixed. When I first got it done my old dentist back home said it would last 10 years- here we are almost 20 years later. I was very nervous to get this done again, but I did not have a choice it was old and now had a small chip in it. Dr. Sivers was the dentist who worked on my repair and I could not be happier! He really a great dentist. He takes the time to go through what he is going to do. Checks in to make sure you are doing okay. Makes the occasional joke to keep you at ease. The biggest and most important thing is he really took the time to make sure the tooth looked the way I wanted it to. He did not tell me what to do or say he was the expert and he will do what he thinks is best. He will offer some input if asked but ultimately he will do what want it to look like. He does not rush you out the door, he wants to make sure you are happy. Dr. Sivers was able to give me back my long lost tooth. I could not be more thankful. read more

My sister was about to go into heavy treatment here but she was unfortunately treated with a condescending attitude by Dr. Denhi. He should work on this. Dr. Dehni's work has served me well. I had extensive crowns done after several implant surgeries. his work was outstanding. But his manner is terrible. He is concerned with the bottom line and is very money hungry. He was rough while working and became impatient often. If you can't cope with a moody professional, move on.
