Even though he does not do chronic pain patients he always ask about those medical issues as well as what he was treating me for. Never once did he make me feel like I didn't need or shouldn't take a medication that I knew worked for me. If I ask for additional test he evaluated me and trusted my judgement on how I felt with symptoms I had. Dr Ehly is truly one of a kind in a good way. I will miss him in starting over treatment in a new state. I can only hope to find a Primary Care Doctor half as good.

Dr. Nazario is one of the best family practice doctors. She is kind, thoughtful, and been there for me during loads of changes in my life, always with great advice. As for this practice, I've had hit or miss with some of the on call practitioners, and the front desk staff. Overall I'd say 9/10 times it's great, but there are off days. I would recommend Dr. Nazario to anyone though that is looking for a really great doc.

The issue is the contacting them, because there simply is no contacting them. They've implemented a new AI, it does not work and in the past 2 hours I've gotten nowhere and wasn't able to speak to anyone, and now I am not sure if I will be able to get my necessary meds. The front desk staff was extremely disorganized and neglected their duties, severely impacting my health (again issues with getting meds and reffreals out to me/my pharmacy/other Doctor's offices), but this is far worse. I have choosen to take my care elsewhere, I feel very failed. They can not even put a real person on the phone. If you can get in the care is good, but it's impossible to access.

I was sent to get an x-ray at a place that could not get me in for 2 days. Her final suggestion was to "find an orthopedic." No splint, no cast, no references to another doctor/facility. Went to a local urgent care place and had it taken care of in 30 minutes. After several additional issues with the office on prescription refills and appointments, I changed to another group. I missed my appointment because I didn't know about it or need it. After this he abruptly cancelled my prescriptions jeopardizing my health. I've received numerous letters from them saying I owe $90 for this missed appointment. I tried to call his office to discuss this and his staff was very rude and unhelpful.

Dr. Ballek did not care about my pain and discomfort, and refused to answer questions I had after a…read morevasectomy. He avoided me, rushed out of my appointments and was very shady. I was told to wait weeks, then three months, then six months for pain to stop. When it never did he finally said "this is normal. If you have any problems just give us a call" and left without helping with the problem I was there for. My vasectomy hurts all the time, almost eight months later I am still extremely swollen. Altered my life permanently and doesn't have the courage to talk to me or help. Horrible decision to go here. I will regret it forever.
