What? Then why have online scheduling?? Was recommended not to use the online scheduling. Ridiculous, & they made me reschedule & wouldn't even try to squeeze me in & this was an annual important doc appt. And, my husband changed doc offices b/c it took forever for him to get scheduled with our regular doc anymore. Not sure what is going on as I've been coming there since 1997 but things have gone down hill.

My son was seen for mild cold symptoms, and no testing was performed, he was prescribed an inhaler and sent home. Within a short time, his condition worsened significantly, including a fever over 103°F, severe cough, and chills. When we called the on-call line, we were given unclear medication instructions that did not make sense. Attempts to get clarification resulted in long delays, and when the doctor finally responded, he was dismissive and unprofessional, telling us "that's for you to figure out, not me." We have since switched providers, and our son tested positive for Flu B--an illness that can be serious in children if not properly evaluated. This experience showed a lack of urgency, professionalism, and thorough care. I would EXTREMELY! advise against Dr. Moore to any family. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Because they were the go-to location listed on my health insurance, I had to drive from 110th to 135th, pay $65 for a TOTAL waste of time and money there, then drive back to 119th & Pflumm for another wait, and an x-ray. Then told I have to go back to 135th St. to get anything taken care of!
