They had put me in for the wrong date when I'd called to schedule it. But, due to a cancellation, they were able to see me when I came in anyway. The front desk person was not as welcoming as at my regular dentist, and my cleaning was not as thorough. The equipment was old, but at least it was clean. The biggest turn-off was hearing the hygienists and dental assistants gossiping in the hallway outside my exam room--super unprofessional. This was definitely a more ghetto dental office experience than I am used to, but I suppose you get what you pay for.

She claims the claim was sent on day of service and it will be resent but the bills won't stop. Why? Why do i have to be harrased about a bill i will not owe.
