I can go on and on for probably four pages about how amazing John Mullen is. He has been my auto…read moreadjuster after I totaled my truck during a really scary storm recently. From the first time he called me he has been the most kind and caring human being I have dealt with during this very stressful process! One of the first things John asked me was what happened in my accident and as soon as I told him he empathized with me, he made sure that I was okay, and he told me that must've been so scary and he was very glad that I was safe. That right there went a very long way in and of itself. During this whole process John has treated me not just with human decency, respect, and kindness but he's also treated me as if I was a member of his family. That is how amazing he is!!! After making the claim with John I had a very hard time with Enterprise getting a rental vehicle. I called John shortly after and told him all about the hellish process I was dealing with and he immediately said that he was going to work to fix it and talk to his supervisor so GEICO knew that I was not being treated properly the way I should've been. After having to deal with a horrible experience with Enterprise, I then had to deal with an even worse experience with the body shop Bruce Lowrie Chevrolet in Fort Worth, Tx. My truck was at the body shop being inspected and when I went to get my belongings out of my vehicle, after finding out it was going to be totaled, I discovered that my vehicle was broken into! The body shop manager told me that they were taking zero responsibility for it and he basically didn't care at all what happened. So not only did I get into my first accident ever, I have a horrible experience with the rental car company, my truck gets totaled out, and then on top of all of that now my truck gets broken into while in the auto body shops care. When I tell you the first person I wanted to call was John I'm not overreacting. The reason why I wanted to call John is because every step of the way he has been so helpful so knowledgeable and just could not believe that these things kept happening to me. He put every ounce of hard work and time into making sure that I was being treated right, not only through GEICO, but through outside parties as well. John knew that I was extremely stressed about my safety after my truck was broken into and all my belongings stolen including my title, registration, and personal information about my home address. John empathized even more with me and made sure I felt safe about going home knowing I live alone and in a completely different state from my family. He then took it a step further and took a huge load of stress off of me by extending my rental through GEICO so "that was the last thing I had to deal with stressing over." John has been not only the best person I've ever dealt with in any customer service realm but a person that I felt like I could call whenever I needed to, to ask any questions about this whole entire process being that it was my first time. I knew and trusted that he would take care of me (his customer) to the very best of his ability, even though I had not been treated right by every other outside party during this process, I knew that I could trust John and that was a huge deal for me!!! Get into an accident and having to go through this process is such a stressful time but John made everything that happened to me so much better. I honestly couldn't recommend dealing with John enough. I hope everyone that has to go through this process gets to have John on their side working their case. So I will no longer be a customer with them. There is no option on the app or website to update debit card information. Completely used UNFRIENDLY.
