She called me three times to confirm my appointment and asked me to email my insurance information. I sent it, and she confirmed that they accept my insurance. I drove 45 minutes to the office for my appointment, only to be told after arriving that the doctor is actually out of network and they do not take my insurance. This was extremely frustrating because I had already confirmed everything beforehand. The older lady at the front desk was rude and did not seem to have much knowledge about the insurance information or the situation.
