We had an appointment at 4pm, after 40 minutes of waiting with no update, I went to speak to the receptionist and asked what was going on. Her respond was "Sorry the doctor is still seeing other patients". We left the office without seeing the doctor after 1hr + of waiting. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND YOU ARE A PUNCTUAL PERSON, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. THE RECEPTIONIST HAS THE WORST COMMUNICATION SKILLS. This experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a patient. I hope the office can work on improving their appointment scheduling and customer service to provide a better experience for future patients.

He'll have you in and out within 10 minutes of seeing you and the wait times are generally very short. He's really nice, speaks perfect English and he makes everything very easy to understand. The staff is very accommodating and super-nice. Their office even offers late nights (Tuesdays & Thursdays until 7:30 PM) and on Saturdays (until noon, I believe) for the working individuals who get out at 5 PM or have weekends off. However, back in February, I had a series of troubling ailments back to back. It culminating in me rushing to St.Joseph's hospital due to a debilitating pain in my legs that prevented me from being able to walk. By this point, I had been to my local immedicenter and this hospital, and while the hospital helped alleviate the pain with painkillers and the walking situating with a brace, neither faculty at both facilities could explain what the heck the cause was. My father, a patient of Dr. Lucila for over 20 years, recommended I visit him. I explained in very lengthy detail everything I had experienced the weeks leading into this incident and how I felt they were related. Unlike the previous places I had been, I could tell Dr.Lucila was actually paying attention to everything I was saying. He wrote notes on his pad and was able to explain the cause if my issue and rectify it. Dr.Lucila is the best doctor I've ever been to.
