In doing so, she banned me from lifting weights and challenging exercises which led to my physical deterioration and melted the majority of my muscles from my legs to hips. I came to Dani with knee pain and extreme hip pain. We are at our three month mark, and I am lifting weights, jogging, jumping, etc. I still have some knee pain every other day but its a process. I would definitely recommend them. They are attentive, follow up, and gradually keep up with your exercise plan. Their goal is to improve your every day life and damn, they surely achieve that. Evan is very caring, knowledgeable, experienced, and a good listener who set up my individual program and monitors my progress. He's easy to talk to and always makes me feel very comfortable. All the aides on the floor are very pleasant and always helpful. They're able to answer any questions about an exercise or which one comes next or the number of times I'm supposed to do that one. I have particularly noticed that they are always moving around the floor watching and do come over if I'm not doing an exercise correctly. In addition they keep the tables and equipment very clean. The office staff is so friendly and pleasant and unlike some other medical facilities they actually answer the phone! They're always ready to listen if I need to make another appointment or reschedule. The aides will also take care of scheduling. The wait time for an appointment was quick and Dr. Grau explained, in detail, what my problem was and exactly what we were going to do to fix it. I have a nervous disorder, and was not treated with the rudeness some medical practitioners have shown me in the past. I'm just sorry that, on my initial visit, I was just assigned to physical therapy, but Dr Femino was very helpful when I explained the pain I'd experienced then. (My pain could have been sciatica.)

There is a parking lot in the back so that shouldn't be a problem. Her appointment was for 4 o'clock, we didn't get taken in until 5 and were seen around 5:30 but the doctor more than made up for the time we waited. She's had knee pain for a long time and was told many years ago she would need knee replacements. Dr. Femino said that'll only be the case when she's much much older. It was such a relief to hear a doctor not automatically push for a serious surgery. They really do focus on a conservative approach here. It's so refreshing. Not to mention, it's a beautiful office. The staff is friendly and approachable. I would definitely recommend these doctors to anyone suffering any type of leg/foot pain.
