I text about a week later asking him to confirm this with the OWNER and I got a response from a Jason, who asked if I had documentation for me service dog, which I provided. After several hours with me texting multiple messages of the documentation asking if it would suffice I received no response. I had my daughter call from her phone and low & behold they answered!
