The pies weren't even baked all the way through, to the point that the bottom crust were still raw! There was hardly any fruit in the fruit pies, and the crusts of all three pies was so dry and disgusting that the slices of pie turned out to be more like tablespoons of pie. Disappointing doesn't even come close to how we all felt about the experience we lived through . . . all because three pies -- blueberry, apple, and pumpkin -- were so dreadfully bad. I will have to admit that when I saw their advertising sign on the front street that read that they were "taking orders" for Thanksgiving pies, I expected homemade pies. Instead, the pies were mass-produced off-site, definitely from a distance away judging from the phone number on the boxes, and from the fact that they looked old when we opened the boxes. We will be careful of going to Cervelli's for anything any more, especially pies, other edible things, and anything holiday-related! Be careful because what happened to us, that the word Cervelli;s no longer holds the same good feelings or confidence in quality for us, could happen to you!

I was minding my own, bagging groceries and using the paper bags that need to be paid for. My boyfriend, my two young daughters and I were very thrown off when a woman from the staff with long dark hair approached me with a snarly attitude about the bags. She rudely says "You know you gave to scan and pay for those bags, right! They're not free!". I explained to her that I know and am there everyday, either personal or doing Instacart. She continues to reiterate that "well the bags still aren't free!" In a condescending, snarky tone. I felt completely embarrassed by the busy, full store looking directly at me and my family as she was insinuating I was going to STEAL PAPER BAGS! I can't even describe how uncomfortable my family and I felt. And FUNNY & IRONIC that in that completely packed store, every checkout full, we were the only ones that she said this to! Why? Because I have tattoos and piercings and everyone else there was clean cut? Do I "look" like a paper bag theif? I felt targeted, embarrassed and really upset with this experience. I've NEVER had an issue in the store before. The young gentleman who works there gives my little girls stickers, etc. But this lady is absolutely rude and shouldn't be managing a store with that attitude towards customers.
