I met Anna and Jonathon years ago when their photography was just turning from a hobby to their business and passion. I saw their business blossom through social media and I was so excited to hire them as our wedding photographers. Leading up to the wedding, I felt at ease knowing we had everything set well in advance so when the day came I knew I'd have nothing to worry about. Working with Anna and Jonathan (and their assistant, Travis) was amazing! They made us feel comfortable and never got in the way. Anna and Jonathon were amazing to work with for our newborn photos. They had so many wonderful and creative ideas and they brought props to work with because we weren't sure what we should have on hand for our photoshoot. They were incredibly patient - our daughter needed to be changed and had to eat during the process and they totally understood and let us clean her up and make sure she was happy before continuing with the photos. They were so great with our daughter, too, Anna has the special touch. She was gentle and was able to pose our 8-day old daughter while she was sleeping in adorable poses. Anna was patient and incredible for our photo shoot! I brought my parents, husband, and 8 month old daughter for a 1 hour photo shoot and we had a blast! We give our highest recommendation to KRA Image Designs (Anna and Jonathon). After an extensive search for an engagement photographer, we came across KRA Image Designs and ultimately decided to go with them because of the beauty of their photography, value, and quick communication. Since we were getting married in San Francisco, we wanted to capture some of the iconic SF landmarks like the Golden Gate Bridge, Presidio Park, and Legion of Honor. Anna and Jonathon were very knowledgeable about the area, and suggested areas that would look aesthetically best on camera. On the day of our engagement shoot, their friendliness and warmth quickly made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. Despite the fact that I did not know American Sign Language, communicating with them was never a problem. It was very nice to see how Anna and Jonathon work with each other - taking turns with the camera, posing us (which we really needed guidance on), and giving one another feedback for the best shot. They did a perfect mix capturing posed shots, and candid shots. We had an outfit and location change, and they were patient and accommodated the time it took us to change and relocate areas. We previously encountered photographers that scrutinized the clock and once their scheduled time was over they would dart away, but Anna and Jonathon wanted to take advantage of the lighting, scenery, and mood to capture the right photographs. Normally, we are very awkward on camera, but somehow Anna and Jonathon worked magic to make us comfortable with the camera. The time it took to receive our photographs was fairly quick - a little less than a month after our engagement shoot. When we received the CD of our photographs in the mail, we were so happy to see how our images turned out. We had many excellent photos to choose from, and it was difficult picking just a few to display at our wedding.
