I was shopping in Nordstrom, and the woman who helped me had amazing eyebrows. I asked her where she went, and she referred me to Jonelle. I should note that I am SUPER picky about my eyebrows. I moved down here from the Bay Area, and for the first couple years, I would still go up there to my former eyebrow place because I was so nervous to try someone down here. I eventually did try someone down here and was not pleased. She made my eyebrows too thin and they were uneven. I spent months growing them back in. I have basically decent brows and I didn't want anyone to kill them. So I maintained my own, but they never quite looked finished.
