Then the day before I received a FACEBOOK MESSAGE from Dr. Johnson's son saying "Hey dude....." I have attached a screenshot of the conversation below. I ended up canceling the appointment because I felt uncomfortable with how everything was handled in the first place. I also blocked him on Facebook. Later I still received a confirmation for the appointment I canceled and replied to the email stating so. The son replied using THE PIKE ANIMAL HOSPITAL EMAIL. I have also attached the response. How am I suppose to feel comfortable with bringing me dog here with this unprofessional communication.
