Only Clear Choice was able to give me a quote They agreed to send me the interior wood trim so I could stain into match the beautiful wooden arches.This was in Feb -26. I called the company a few times to find out when they were going to send me the wood so I could stain it before they installed the windows as I am not a professional painter and would probably get the stain on the newly installed windows with no response from the company until finally after the 2nd or 3rd call to them I was told that they would take care of it, so I didn't have to worry about it. I also inquired as to when I could expect them to start the job. I have 4 peony bushes growing right next to the area where the windows replacement was and I was concerned that the construction workers would trample them which was upsetting as I so look forward to blossoming time. Well they finally called to let me know that they planned on coming at the end of April, so the peonies were at the end of their season. The job was estimated to take 2 days . They told me that they were using PVC on the outside as they were concerned that if they used wood, the warrantee wouldn't guarantee their longevity, so I agreed with that, it made sense. However when it came to the inside trim, no wood was used, as initially agreed upon.They used plastic and metal to trim around the windows. Initially I was impressed with the job that they were doing---the windows were such a beautiful change and I was able to finally see the flowering trees and bushes outside, even though the windows were a little smaller than the originall.ones . After a day or two, It bothered me that wood trim wasn't used, and the 2 workers completed the job in 6 hours, not 2 days, as agreed upon . I called and spoke with Tatianna, a secretary, with my concerns. She told me that the plastic trim around the windows was actually more expensive, but after speaking with her boss, they agreed to give me a $ 250.00 discount . But , to me it depreciated the craftsmanship of the beautiful wood arches, so they said that they would send me the wood trim to stain and that they would come back to remove the plastic and install the stained wood trim. I had already signed a contact with Green Sky for almost $14,000. And I told Tatianna that it would probably cost them a lot of money for them to redo their work. So I told her that and said that I wanted more of a discount and that I wouldn't sign the final agreement until they agreed to give me a better discount. Because I had a visitor arrive I said that I had to hang up, so she told me that she would call me the next day.This didn't happen, and I'm still waiting to hear from them. and the warrantee information, although they said the windows would be guaranteed for 50 years.

I never contacted this company. I never signed up for anything. I never gave them permission to reach out to me. Yet they keep calling and texting like we have some kind of business relationship. Even after I showed no interest, the messages kept coming. It feels intrusive and honestly pretty shady. If this is how they generate business -- by buying contact lists and repeatedly contacting people who never asked to hear from them -- that says a lot. Very frustrating experience. I would strongly caution anyone about how this company operates.

I can wear a mask if you like. I haven't been a member of bb for over 3 years so if you can not be at the job so in can be sure you own the property so II can do the job thank you" Obviously I'm confused by this text. His response was: "I'm not going to accept thhe job due to you saying you got our names form bbb I'm calling bbb I'll text you later there are to many people scaming sorry Your pic of job looking off I'm not going to except this job do not believe it is real sorry call us lawn or morrins landscaping hollis NH sorryplease no more taxes I'm calling the cops." I would stay far away from this business. They respond to BBB requests, schedule a time to come, then send threatening texts and call the police on you if they decide, without ever coming by the house, that you are a scammer. Obviously he is illiterate and highly unprofessional.
