He and his uncle messed up my whole kitchen by using a wagner spray that they have never used and did a very poor (prep work using flyers) and also sprayed my food, nice pans and personal belonging. Website: https://www.facebook.com/bdawgie17 - He talks about being honorable and doing the right thing, yet he showed how he did exactly the opposite by his actions..read on - He will tell you that he values customer satisfaction; the proof, he doesn't since he shows up whenever he wants and has an artillery of excuses that he will use to not show up or show up mid day. - He shows up generally between 10:30 to 11, practically half a day gone. He always shows up unapologetically late. But everyday he will tell you that he will be here tomorrow around 9:30am; that has never happened even once. I suspect that he still lives in Malden MA and that is why it took him a long time and he would tell you how traffic is very bad. Simple check on traffic report on google and you see no traffic at all on the road he is taking to come to my house. - Doesn't have a clue how to properly prep any surface, nevermind your cabinet (I have pictures of that). He literally uses used market basket flyers to cover surfaces in a very poor manner. He could have just bought a $15 roll of paper from lowes and do that better. - His first day, he shows up solo and I had to help him build a plastic tent in my garage and he couldn't even put the tape on properly. The next day he used thumb tacks and did little hole in my garage ceiling trying to hold the plastic without even asking me. - Second day, he brings his uncle (Paul) who talks way too much and smokes like a train; basically your whole garage smells like cigarette. Paul tells you how other cabinet painters don't do the job properly but he does; a talker who basically talks a big game but can't produce (just like his nephew). - One day he had a flat tire so he couldn't come. He will generally tell you that 1 hour before he comes, then he will drag the day and finally tell you he can't make it. I wouldn't even trust that he had any tire problem - Another excuse was that he was moving so he couldn't come. - I asked both of them Brandon and Paul if they knew how to use the new cheap sprayer that they bought and he said yes. Well biggest mistake. They both stayed past 7pm without even asking if they could and rushed the spray. To my horror afterwards, I found out that everything got sprayed because they were so careless. My pots and pans, my detergent cabinet, my nice glasses, my plates, my very nice air fryer; kitchen drawers metal rails; practically everything. The next day when I was telling Paul what to clean, he get defensive and said oh you expect me to clean the liquor bottles too? - They spent a whole day doing a very poor job cleaning the paint and then it gets better. Brandon and his uncle decided to now empty all the cabinets. The removed everything and left practically everything on my screened porch and never covered anything with a plastic. The result was that everything got covered with pollen in a day. So long for "professionals" - I gave him a check for the second part of the job which was basically at this point to finish the damn job. On June 7th he got the $720 from me and cashed it the same day. June 8th he comes up with the excuse that now his son is sick and they have to drive to malden, MA for his doctor and stayed there. I was the one that had to ask him for a status that day and finally cancelled the project with him and ask him for the $720 back. - He started telling me how he needed to pay Paul $200 and he bought a can of paint for $100 and bought 2 (I have all his texts as proof). I had to haggle with him and he said he would give me $500 back (still cheating the system). I agreed and 2 weeks passed by until he stopped responding to my texts asking him for the $500. He was supposed to send me this in a week. So he made out with $720 total and I never received a dime. For the giant screwup that Brandon and his uncle Paul did to my kitchen, he should have paid me more than that. Also later found out that he has a history. Conclusion, I can back everything i said on this review with proofs/pictures and texts. He most likely still lives in Methuen MA and advertised on Facebook Marketplace to get business. We've had Keith paint for us. He painted two bathrooms, two bedrooms. Patched each room, did…read moreextensive work in our bathrooms as we changed fixtures, relocated glass shelves. We had him install our new towel bars, toilet paper holder and hand towel rings. He did precision work, cleaned up after each days work, made sure everything met expectations. He moved furniture in our bedrooms and returned everything exactly where it belonged upon completion. Because of the quality of his work we had him return to paint our family room. Again an awesome job. Again today he came to fix two doors a porch door needed adjustments with strike plate, overall realignment, rubber door seal. The French door had rot that needed to be cut out and repaired, installed rubber door seal, new sweep, door required overall adjustment, including strike plate adjustment. He will return in a few weeks to help us out with another small project. Keith is professional, a great communicator, makes sure he does a walk through upon completion of his work. His prices are reasonable. He's a professional that is very easy to work with.

We're very happy with all of his work. He is punctual, hard-working, and communicates very well with his clients.
