So sorry to post this review. I have a beautiful sunroom with 4 large windows (76x45) that had been installed back in 1980. 2 of them were getting cloudy and so I inquired about installing new ones with a couple of window companies. Only Clear Choice was able to give me a quote They agreed to send me the interior wood trim so I could stain into match the beautiful wooden arches.This was in Feb -26. I called the company a few times to find out when they were going to send me the wood so I could stain it before they installed the windows as I am not a professional painter and would probably get the stain on the newly installed windows with no response from the company until finally after the 2nd or 3rd call to them I was told that they would take care of it, so I didn't have to worry about it. I also inquired as to when I could expect them to start the job. I have 4 peony bushes growing right next to the area where the windows replacement was and I was concerned that the construction workers would trample them which was upsetting as I so look forward to blossoming time. Well they finally called to let me know that they planned on coming at the end of April, so the peonies were at the end of their season. The job was estimated to take 2 days . They told me that they were using PVC on the outside as they were concerned that if they used wood, the warrantee wouldn't guarantee their longevity, so I agreed with that, it made sense. However when it came to the inside trim, no wood was used, as initially agreed upon.They used plastic and metal to trim around the windows. Initially I was impressed with the job that they were doing---the windows were such a beautiful change and I was able to finally see the flowering trees and bushes outside, even though the windows were a little smaller than the originall.ones . After a day or two, It bothered me that wood trim wasn't used, and the 2 workers completed the job in 6 hours, not 2 days, as agreed upon . I called and spoke with Tatianna, a secretary, with my concerns. She told me that the plastic trim around the windows was actually more expensive, but after speaking with her boss, they agreed to give me a $ 250.00 discount . But , to me it depreciated the craftsmanship of the beautiful wood arches, so they said that they would send me the wood trim to stain and that they would come back to remove the plastic and install the stained wood trim. I had already signed a contact with Green Sky for almost $14,000. And I told Tatianna that it would probably cost them a lot of money for them to redo their work. So I told her that and said that I wanted more of a discount and that I wouldn't sign the final agreement until they agreed to give me a better discount. Because I had a visitor arrive I said that I had to hang up, so she told me that she would call me the next day.This didn't happen, and I'm still waiting to hear from them. and the warrantee information, although they said the windows would be guaranteed for 50 years. read more

I've had a terrible experience with ClearChoice. Somehow they got my phone number after my contact information was compromised online, and ever since then I've been dealing with nonstop calls and text messages. I never contacted this company. I never signed up for anything. I never gave them permission to reach out to me. Yet they keep calling and texting like we have some kind of business relationship. Even after I showed no interest, the messages kept coming. It feels intrusive and honestly pretty shady. If this is how they generate business -- by buying contact lists and repeatedly contacting people who never asked to hear from them -- that says a lot. Very frustrating experience. Terrible experience. Clear Choice really expensive, but they say that's because of the quality of their work. Spoiler warning: Their work is low-quality, and they don't stand behind it. We had our front door replaced. The door we got was simple, but expensive. The work putting it in was expensive. We were told by the fellow who spec'd the job that could keep our screen door, but they didn't manage that. But what really blows me away is that this solid, expensive door lets air and sunlight in around the edges. One of the workmen said the manufacturer hadn't shipped the right weatherstripping. Did they fix this? No, despite our repeated requests that they do so. Maybe my writing this will entice them, but I doubt it. Funny related story: I speak a little Russian, so I could understand the swearing the Russian workmen were doing as they installed the door. They didn't realize I could understand what they were saying. Luckily my kids don't speak Russian, so they didn't realize the guys installing the door were free with their obscenities. Anyway, we've contacted them several times to see if they'll finish the job, but evidently our $9K we spent on the whole thing (I forget the exact figure now) isn't enough to get them to keep light and air from moving through around the edges of the door. Avoid Clear Choice unless you have some money to burn and don't actually care about the quality of the work. read more

Product defect issues have existed since first install. It was a new tub surround. Communication and resolutions tough and slow to come by. Im on my 3rd replacement. Have to chase them for months to honor warranty work and get them back to my home. Customer service a nightmare. They now tell me if something fails and they send someone out they will charge me $150 travel fee...but i have a contract??!!??!! And service people do not speak english or very little so they cant answer my questions. Worst decision ever...i had to hire a plumber to fix an emergency they said i would get reimbursed i am still waiting. Read reviews b4 u get bathroom rework from them is all i have to say. read more

We have been dealing with these people since last August. I think they are horrid. The left the largest amount of nails I've ever seen all over the property and haven't even gotten them all. The guy who picked it up doesn't know the difference between a deck and a porch. They ordered the wrong color (it was the same exact color we had before), and were very cavalier about the mistake. So paid for the same exact color...who does that? They also put a hole in the new siding on the back of the house, but have not replaced it. I'm thinking they took advantage of a senior and think it's funny. Done ever use them. They don't keep their word (often say they will be there on such a day and time and don't show up until the next day...MAYBE). The front porch ceiling partially opened and the guy was just going to put it back without looking or spraying for nests. Terrible company. If I could give a zero I would. Today, we had a representative from your company visit our home to provide a quote for a new bathroom installation. After informing the salesman that we were still in the process of gathering quotes from other companies and would not be signing any agreements today, the salesman became upset and, in a completely unprofessional manner, accused my wife of being a liar. I have never before had to ask a salesperson to leave my home, but in this case, his behavior left me with no other choice. It is deeply troubling that this is the type of individual your company sends to represent your brand in customers' homes. Such conduct is absolutely unacceptable, and no customer should ever have to experience this type of hostility in their own home. I urge you to take this matter seriously and ensure that this behavior is not reflective of your company's values or customer service standards. The Gutter Estimate received was over $4000 for a 30 foot gutter , a 400% over their competition and they also required a 1/3 deposit that no one else required. They were not flexible on the product leaf guard that I did not want or needed. The Salesperson walked out when I said I would not consider a deposit until the workers were on site. I ended up using another contractor who's estimate was under $900 for a 30 foot gutter and who had a 5 star rating from 50 reviewers. read more

We requested a quote from Clear Choice to replace a shower stall. A home visit was scheduled within a few days, and the woman gave us a slide presentation on her notebook of our options. Looking back, this felt like a timeshare tour: she started with a "puke price" of $25,000, then proceeded to tell us the ways she could reduce this, eventually landing in the $12,000 neighborhood. One of the "savings" was to put down a 1/3 deposit that day, another was to pay by check, which we foolishly did, eliminating the protection from a credit card company. This was May 10th of this year. We then heard nothing from the company. A phone call got us a visit from a man who repeated the measurements the first rep took. Then, more silence. Repeated phone calls, some of which reached a human, have gotten us nowhere. We have been told twice over the last several months that they're waiting for the truck to come in. We've asked for our deposit back, which they flatly refuse, although we have received nothing. We've asked that they at least give us the respect and courtesy of updates but have yet to receive a single call or email from them. We have initiated a complaint with the NH Attorney General. I panned to install a walk-in tub so I reached out to a few contractors recommended by Home Advisor. Clear Choice was responsive enough and sent me a rep, Mr. Ryan who seemed to be professional enough. What surprised me was the fact that there was no range on prices, it was basically a flat fee charge regardless of the equipment installed. Mr. Ryan shoed me some sort of a price list and said that the job will cost me $18,000. But if I talked to the manager the price will go down to $15,000. The unit we discussed was Alexis tub 60x30". The next day I received an estimate which quoted me $22,000 - without itemizing and the tub size was listed as 60x28". I emailed the company asking to explain why the proposal has nothing to do with the equipment and cost discussed and got no response.After a few days I emailed them again with the same lack of response. I signed a contract for all new windows and siding in April. I was told 12-15 weeks to install. 6 months later nothing has been done. the salesman used unethical practices and high pressure techniques. once the contractors came to measure and I asked about the timeline they said there was no way they would get the materials within the promised time and said that those promises have been an issue. I was also told that work needed to be completed in entirety by the draw date which is this month. I was told that this would be my guarantee that work would be completed as promised. this is also not true. I was then told they could extend the date of the final draw for up to a year. Now that our house is sided and new roof is installed, I am glad to report we did NOT use Clear Choice and we did not pay $107k as quoted. Contrary to the sales estimator, we are completely happy with the final product from start to finish. Did we use OCF roofing tiles? No, GAF was the product... guess we will have to see how they hold up to the 30 year warranty. The siding was the same story. Is the siding we chose as bad as the estimator said it would be? I guess we will see in 30 years. So I land at the $50k difference. is choice indicating the labor provided would be worth an additional $50K? After a three hour time suck during the quote processes I ask why a company would allow their estimator to disparage their competition? Why would he bring out pictures of alleged product performance from a competitor. I Have done many projects and have obtained many quotes in a lifetime. This by far was the most disappointing. So I would use caution and ask a lot of questions ... most importantly -- why go with choice? read more

We had a roof with two old layers of shingles that needed replacing. There was a healthy ventilation system that had been in place successfully for twenty years. We didn't have any problems. We just needed new shingles. We went with Clear Choice. Seemed professional. At that time, a few years ago now, they still had good ratings. And a very low financing rate. They redid the roof in one day. They also took out the big spinner vents. "Are you sure we don't need those vents?" I said. "No," The roofing professional said. "This is new roofing technology. No vents are needed." So we got a new roof. Then we got mold. And leaks. Leaks around both chimneys and in the middle of the slope in more than one place. We got water damage to the ceiling of an upstairs bedroom. All along the way I called Clear Choice. A lot. They rarely return calls. Eventually a man named Matt sent someone out and agreed that there was in fact mold. And leaks. "It's new technology roofing," he said. Eventually, a year or so later, they installed three tiny passive vents. We still have mold. I call a lot. In spurts and surges. It's exhausting. Matt sent the tech out again. The tech said, "It's new technology roofing." He says he'll send yet another tech out to thermal image where heat is coming from below, up into the attic and that's probably what causes the mold. And maybe they need to replace or fix the ridge vents. "And the leaks?" "Right. Yeah." Time passes. No one comes. No one returns calls. We still have mold. We still have a leaky roof. We have water damage to an upstairs bedroom. Two years now. I've been doing this dance for two years. "Working with the customer to resolve the situation." In my opinion, the choice is clear. Please. In the search for metal roof so called this company for our first quote. We do our own renovations so I figured I had a ball park price in my mind. Sales person came out, Ryan, and was a nice guy. Very personable and making small talk. This talk included questions like "what do you do?". I live in an area that is nice so off the bat I am always thinking my price may be different than if I lived somewhere else. Ryan spent over 2 hours at my house to give a quote. So yes, I have some peaks on my roof which includes a porch and sun room. Ok he originally says a roof like this (with just eyeballing it) will run you 40-80k. He then measures and comes back saying.....WAIT FOR IT....104k (good for 6 months). I am glad that I have perfected my poker face because excuse me.... I don't live in a mansion. My house is 2 stories. He reports my roof coverage is 4200 sq feet. After telling us the retail price, he states there is a special promotion and can do it for 83k. This price was only good for 2 days. Then, as other reviews have repeatedly reported, he goes on his phone to "email" me the quote but "has trouble with the connection". Next thing I know he has a manager on the line. Why?? I have no idea. He then is saying "this house in in +++, they liked the house we did down the road". He repeated my location a few times. Then he starts to say to his manager " oh yeah, you could give them a deal?". Now I am no actor put I can tell I was in some sort of play or scene. I suppose my line was supposed to be "oh wow, how nice of him, what a great deal, where can I sign". The great deal went down 69K "if you sign by end of day Thursday". This was about 2 days. He then proceeds to tell us for that lower price we ask that you let him put up a sign on my lawn (don't companies do that anyway) and if I give a good review. This was all after he asked how were you thinking of paying. My mistake was saying originally we thought mostly cash. Note to self, when asked what do I do, I will say I stay at home and play with my dogs. Note self, when asked how do you think you are paying I will say, I am taking out a home equity loan. So needless to say we had no intention of going with this company after we told them we would think about it. For 104k I would rather purchase an RV or perhaps invest in an actual rental property or something. Because of their high pressure, slimy sales tactics, I dont care if they called tomorrow and said they would do it for 1/2 the price. No thank you. Of note, he said (as if this is a bonus), all his sales people are paid by job not hourly so they dont try to bleed you of money. My thought is ok, if they are paid just by the job then they probably want to bang out the job just to get it done and move on to the next fool. They texted us the day of the deadline and said 'the owner will give you another 1K off if you sign by deadline". I would think twice before using this company or at least get multiple quotes and sleep on your decision. read more

Greg the sales man was personable and smart, and used that to leverage himself into my living room for 3 hours while checked every box in the salesman checklist. I was clear from the start - give me a final price on paper, I am very busy and need to go back to work. He then proceeded to give me an initial price of $70k+, brought it down to $50k, and had a series of wacky calls with his "boss" (who I think was imaginary) and got it down to $40k. "Are you sure boss?! This is a big job! Wow that's an amazing price! Are we going to stay in business?! Wow OK boss!" He also explained how valuable his time was and that it's a local regulation which requires contracts to be signed in person (that's just not true.. a lie, perhaps?). One of the tactics is to waste an entire day pumping their product, then pressure you into a contract because you've invested so much time already into it. Then he said I can be part of their marketing program and they would use me in testimonials etc. Sure Greg, whatever gets you out of my house. Price came down to $38k, but only if I sign today. Great, bye! The sad part is.. they might actually install a half decent product and have a warranty, but the gimmicks and wacky theatrics are a major turn off. I work in construction permitting and see major contracts signed regularly without being in-person, and with no vacuum salesman applying pressure or guilt trip. They were very organized and did an excellent job installing our new door and frame on our home. We love the door - the colors and style improves the look of the whole house. When their rep was at our house he did the quote on his lap at the table, when he was done he flipped over a piece of scrap paper that said 67k. That was 3k per window, and without any sort of a breakdown of costs. When we balked he offered us a 20% discount if we would sign that day. Then we balked at that so he said what if I call the owner and he does something miraculous and drops the price to 35k, how sleazy is that. I had Clear Choice out to quote me on replacement windows. Our sales guy arrived at 5 PM and insisted on both myself and my husband sitting down for the meeting, which was a huge pain considering we have an 18-month old in the home. But whatever. Most of these estimate appointments don't take longer than 45 minutes, right? Wrong. We sat through 3 hours of the sales rep asking me irrelevant questions (why do they care how much I pay in oil??), showing a slideshow about the company, and painstakingly trying to take measurements, even though I am pretty sure they were incorrect as his tape measure was crooked. He was nice enough, but I lose a lot of confidence in a company that sends a rep that knows less about windows and their warranties than I do. When it finally came to the estimate, the price was about equal to a similar quote from Andersen. However, if I ordered "today", they would happily cut the price by about $4k. I get it, it's a sales tactic. Make the customer think they are getting a deal. So after the "deal", it was around $15k for 9 standard window replacements. For those of you that are wondering, that's almost $1700 a window. When I firmly stated that I do not make decisions that way and would need to review their estimate with the others I had received, the sales guy sat at my kitchen table for another half hour trying to "figure out" how to email me the information, and, in the meantime, got his supervisor on the phone, who wanted to "save me a ton" right then and there. Now I'm sensing a scam. So how inflated was your original price, exactly? Then, before he left, the sales rep tried again to get me to buy the windows. At this point, it's 8 PM. He sees us cooking dinner and putting our daughter to bed, and somehow find this a reasonable length of time to be in someone's home. From the 6 estimates I received, not a single one took this long or was this high pressure. I also never got the estimate emailed to me. I will say, the OKNA windows seem like a quality window. However, I really don't appreciate the way this company tries to force them on you. And 16-weeks lead time for install? Insane. Save your time, shop elsewhere. read more

The first person to call was super friendly and we set up an in-home estimate. Person 2 left me a voicemail and I returned her call saying we had already spoken with someone and were all set. She KEPT calling. She called at: 1:40 1:49 2:00 2:16 2:33 2:49 3:02 I canceled the appointment, and it began a whole new slew of calls and harassment. Constant emails & their unsubscribe doesn't do anything. And starting last week... the calls began again. I'm going to be generous and give this company 0.25 of a star because the kids who installed the 3 new windows upstairs worked hard and did a decent job. I gave them each a tip. The rest of the company needs to be disbanded as they were no help from beginning to end, and when I had my first misgiving about the company, I should have stuck with my gut feeling. After the first meeting with the salesman, I called back to ask some questions about specs and such, and no one bothered to return the call. Red flag number 1. Mind you, the business card the salesman left only included the corporate office number and not a direct number. Eventually I would discover why. Fast forward 5 months after I signed the agreement (everyone knows about supply chain problems, so I'm not blaming the company for that delay), the installers arrived to put in the windows. By the time they had them in, I could see already there was a huge problem. These were customized windows arc-shaped that faced my view of the lake, and there was much less glass than the previous windows and more wood installed to support the windows--clearly much less view than before. If this was going to be the case, I should have been advised that my new (and not cheap) windows would be sporting noticeably less view than before, and I surely would not have ordered these windows. I was never notified by the salesman or the measuring guy who came out a few weeks after the agreement was signed that things were going to be different. Well, only a few weeks left before winter would be here, and the less-glass windows were already in, and I couldn't very well have them take them out and put the old windows back in, so I paid the balance due but explained clearly to both installers my displeasure with the new windows. After several attempts, I finally got hold of the Customer Service lady and explained my dissatisfaction with the windows. She seemed to be sympathetic and said she would forward my complaint to the powers-that-be, and someone would call me back to discuss it. I never did hear back from anyone at the company, so it's very obvious that someone goofed on this window project, and no one wants to deal with an unhappy customer. Of course, it's not always easy to keep every single customer 100% happy, but the mark of a quality company is to try and make things right. These folks did not even make an attempt. I do not recommend using this company for any service as they simply do not care about the customer. Sadly, "take the money and run" is the way they operate. read more

They did not show up when promised (7 times) and never called to let us know. They went back on promises or refunds of $1,500 and lied to us about a window they forgot to order saying it was at their warehouse the whole time until a call to the owner who laughed at us saying it was not even in yet. When we tried to hire another contractor to finish the work, they as well as 2 others notified us that they were installed incorrectly and there is water damage to our house due to the incorrect installation of these windows. We had to take them to small claims court (and won) as we would not let them install the final window after so many lies and not paying us the refund. On top of this, they also submitted the no interest loan paperwork on the first day they showed up. I contracted into a window project on 5/30/2019 for OKANA double pane windows to be installed. I agreed to pay $3000 down and finance the rest $4,400 at the financing they offered. The window project was completed August 2019. I received a letter dated 10/18/2019 from the production manager asking me to reach out regarding the balance, I explained that I had not received anything from the bank and the production manager stated it was from them not turning in the paperwork, they would follow through on their part and get back to me. On a letter dated November 22, 2019 I received a similar letter, asking me to call or it would be sent to collections. I spoke with the same production manager who told me to disregard the letter and she will call the bank and take care of it. I sold the home July of 2020. I received a call on November 24, 2020 telling me that this needed to be resolved or it would be sent to collections, I explained the situation in which they stated that the bank financing was expired and that I would either need to pay it, refinance with a different bank because they don't use that financing company anymore or be sent to collections. I ended up taking out a personal loan and paying the balance as I did not trust this company to follow through with financing, I am very disappointed in the disorganization from this company. read more

I am a General Contractor and Developer based out of Pennsylvania (if anyone wants my license number just reach out to me). I needed a quote on a new roof for my house in Vermont (that I needed to fix up before making a move). This company INSISTS that the home owner and their spouse be there (In the industry, this stands for very high quotes on which they will offer a quick discount if you sign up right away - slimy practise). I arranged for someone to be there. This company's person drove out 45 mins to see the roof. My person was near the house but I could not reach them as Vermont cell phone coverage is spotty. This company called me two times to tell me that they would not even begin to give me a quote because colors have to be chosen and quality has to be chosen. I choked on my coffee when I heard this horseshit. I told the lady (Stephanie) that this song and dance is not needed. I am a builder - just give me the builder grade price. I do it all the time. If a moderate grade roof is 1000 sq ft, you can say, at the low end it will be around $X and if you want better material it will be Y. I mean I speak the GC language. Nope. I asked to speak to the owner. This smart lady says she is not allowed to give me the name (his name is Josh MacMichael - public information). So, long story short. Imagine a company willing to waste three hours of a person's time but not be willing to give a quote or not willing to give the publicly available name of the owner. This is sleazy and slimy behavior. Stay away from this company - or be prepared to pay 200% of the expected price. HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS - you only get the "deal" price if you sign same day, and if not - you get no price breaks and maybe you won't even get a spot in line! When we explained that we needed to compare rates with at least a few companies and asked "would you take the first offer and not compare rates before spending $36k?" - without flinching, Greg (their salesmen) said YES!- and advised that that when his furnace broke, he made the mistake of not taking the first deal that was offered. Mind you, he told us this story twice and the 2nd time he mentioned different $$ amounts. That was pretty weird. He asked us about the contents of our safe which was inappropriate. So, buying without first pricing a product was something he recommended! He spent about an hour focused on flaws to ensure we were scared and insisted that if we didn't get the roof fixed NOW there would be structural damage (all with a visual 15 min inspection). He saw a zelda book on our shelf and i swear he was playing us about "loving zelda" etc etc etc - wasted our time and left me nauseated with his car salesmen slimy sales style. If I could give a negative rating I would. The original install damaged a section of out roof, but the company refused to acknowledge that. When they finally agreed to replace that section of gutter, the install techs pulled "no shows" several times, with no notification, before a team finally came. They replaced the gutter, but not the rotten wood. They wanted more money for that. The gutter is no longer under warranty, because of the rotten facia, and the new gutter is falling off the roof. Buyer Beware! Their sales and advertising are deceptive, and once they have your money they're very slow to respond to issues and complaints. read more

We contracted with Clearchoice to replace the gutters in our one-story ranch. it's a small house and should have been an easy job. It took them three visits to get it to the point where it was not falling off the house or leaking. The first crew was slovenly...one of the team's pants were constantly in a state of falling off, and their technique was bad. I had to tell them to stop dragging the ladder brace that rests on the roof. They were damaging the shingles. When they came out the second time the crew, including the department supervisor, told me they fired the first crew. On the third visit it was the crew from the first visit...so not fired...another lie. The second crew also told me I should push the company for recompense because the work the first crew did was truly awful. I did and got a pitiful token discount. In the beginning the salesperson and I came to an agreement on the how the gutters were to be installed. the first crew told me that it was not possible to do the job the way we agreed upon. When they came for the second visit, they moved the downspouts...leaving holes in the siding we just had installed a few months before. Do not use these people. Do not trust their sales team, as they clearly have no idea what they are doing. I am still not satisfied with the work, but I do not want them back as I do not trust their ability and I do not want them making it worse. read more

I had a tub/shower replacement. I went with the gray tub. I took a picture of this when i had the salesman over. When it was installed, it wasn't a gray tub. it was more of a beige one. I was very disappointed, and the "manager" came over twice. He said it was a grey one. ITS NOT GRAY. In their contract they say i have to pay 25% of attorney fees. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They don't know their colors. read more

On Friday ,May 27th a representative of the company, Ken visited with us at our home in Moultonborough, NH. We explained that we are interested in converting our existing tub into a step in shower with a glass door. The rep explained the process and the different options. When it came to the time to give us a price the rep made notes never really explaining what the cost is. I asked the rep what is the cost of the shower door. He says $4000.00 for a custom door. The bathroom is roughly 5' x 7' with a 30" x 60" tub. Standard size, any shower door would be off the shelf not custom. We asked what the cost would be with a shower door. He never told us and politely left. Let me add this, recently our son, just had a custom shower door (6') installed for $2000.00, in a Boston suburb. Since then we have received three calls from the company. Two hangup leaving no voice-mail. A third call today where the lady says they will offer a 25% discount off the quoted price. We were never given a price. I would I know what the 25% discount if I had no price. I told the lady that the company has no credibility as fast as I was concerned. DON'T CONSIDER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, LOOK ELSEWHERE. BUYER BEWARE. read more

I entered a contest at BJs in Manchester for a chance to win $500 off service. I received that call a few days ago and set up an appointment for estimate on gutters. On the appointment day a woman of 70 (her admission) showed up and proceed to give me a sales pitch all well and good until the pressure of asking me to commit "today" when earlier in our conversation I said I would probably not commit today. She calculated my six month quote then proceeded to ask about military service etc. to help find "discounts" --I proceeded to tell her I had won the $500 drawing at which she became flustered and lo an behold she had forgotten to add in the cost of installation which was---wait for it---exactly $500. Although I agree they have a good product the high pressure sales and the surprise $500 change is we just cow doo doo. read more

I would not recommend this company nor would I believe any of these 5 star reviews. the one I know Nate S is a sale man over at clear choice who sold me my project. So they only put these 5 star reviews to try and out way the 1-2 star reviews. I hired clearchoice to do over 100k work and yet they can't honor their own contract let alone the sales person never returns the calls. I have filled complaints with BBB and next is law suits. I have given this company more then a hand full of chances and still nothing. read more

This company does not even deserve one star. My roof thank goodness so far looks great and looks like they did a great job but it better hold that for the next 50 years as they guaranteed. As for customer service absolutely horrible. We were told back in November that we can get a roof on in May well came March and the bank was barking at us to pay a loan on a roof that was not even done yet. They have no idea what is going on in that office and cannot get things straight. I asked them over two weeks ago to send me my invoice so I had paperwork and just had to call them and they emailed it to me which tells me they never mailed it out. I will never recommend this company to anyone. read more

Worst experience ever for roofing/gutters. Salesman promised "stress free" experience, which it was NOT. Metal roof and gutter installation was done poorly and they had to re-do the gutters 2-3 times and honestly they still leak but I am sick of dealing with them. Poor customer service and quality. Damaged our property and the installation foreman never answered calls. I hope the roof doesn't leak, because the gutters still are not right. read more

They employ very high pressure sales tactics. Gave us an initial estimate of $50,000 when all websites said the price range should be $16,000-$30,000. When we would not confirm we would both be there to receive the actual quote they never showed. Something is fishy here. I suggest you get multiple quotes if you are going to talk with these folks.
