He always takes his time, always offers to help get to the car with the crew. He is good to update us after our visit on any follow up. Lauren is amazing too! She loves on your babies. She assists without even speaking to Dr. Thomas. She just knows what to do next to keep the appointment going and help keep calm so the animals are taken care of. Amber, at the desk, is so kind, helpful. Such a calm voice to assist when you call. At a recent visit, scared kitty literally crawled the wall and knocked everything off their shelf...they all came running, asking if all was ok, immediately picking it up and assuring it was not a problem. So glad they moved not far so I can continue to take my herd there. Thankful to find a group I can trust and enjoy going to see...as long as it isn't an emergency! His cancer progressed rapidly and on a late Friday night, he starting rasping for air and his lungs filled with fluid. We called Pet Loss at Home and talked to Dr Tamara Smith. She came out on a Saturday even though Cody was not one of her patients and very lovingly, gently and compassionately put him out of his misery. My husband and I cannot express our gratitude enough about her sensitivity to our losing our baby. She also has a clinic on Classen called Pet Friends Veterinary Hospital, and does a lot of work with rescues. I have been doing rescues for about 20 yrs and Dr Smith is a marvel!! Dr Rosier has been absolutely amazing. You can just tell that he knows cats well. He was able to save my cat from a full extraction of two teeth. He knew I was worried about HCM so he told me a simple way to count breathing patterns to see if there's truly an issue before ordering diagnostic tests. Overall I have been really impressed with Dr Rosier, and happy that we finally found a great vet for our feline babies! Also, Dr Strube is super nice and great with pets as well. The ladies at the front desk are so patient, they were never frustrated at the many questions I usually have for them! My husband and I recently moved to this side of town, and although we love Dr. Floyd and his staff at Silverleaf Animal Hospital in Moore, being up here by Rockwell and Northwest Expressway means new vet. Dr. Schmitt was conscientious, caring, and patient with my cats. I learned during our initial visit that she is Fear Free Pets certified (https://fearfreepets.com/), which is a bonus I didn't know until I got there. She took great care and patience with two of my cats - including shaving one who gets matted pretty easily and won't let me touch her near her mats! They took the time to answer my questions, explain what they were doing and why, and took care of me as Bill Payer(TM) to the patient. I will be recommending Dr. Schmitt to anyone who asks me for a vet on this side of town, as well as to the other members of the rescues from whence I got my feline companions.

I didn't realize til a year later they only charged for one pup due to the pandemic. We came back for their annual and today for a last minute nail trim. I didn't even know they were open. They just squeezed us in with an open appointment. I was actually on my way somewhere else to get their nails trimmed because they were just a little closer to home and said they would be open on a Saturday. Their sign was closed, and when they finally text back, they said they weren't opening today despite their social media post. I have not been to that place since because of their social media as well as my dogs not liking them - despite it being closer to home. So I called Woodlake. I already had my pups with me out running other errands. They have been amazing. One of my other dogs had passed, and we called to tell them. A week later, they mailed us a sympathy card. Great place. Everyone has been very kind and caring. We see whoever is available, and I have not had any issues with any of the vets there. I'd rather travel a little out of the way for kinder people.

She recently had double knee replacement so it works better for her. We arrived and took a seat. Abt 445 we asked and were told tht the Dr. had not arrived yet but was close. She was having a tough time. Shortly there after they came on got our dog. After xrays and blood work we finally met with her. She was struggling to get around. She explained tht our dog had injured her back and told us what to expect. She provided medicine and advice. She will send the X-rays to our main vet. Other than the delay up front everything went well. She has a thriving practice as there was a steady flow of pets with their people. The vet said was awesome and again explained everything. When we were leaving they apologized for the delay. If I didn't already have a great vet this is a place tht would be on my list. Thx.

The facility is spotless, the communication is wife open and crystal clear, and the pricing for their services and their procedures seem fair to me having very little exposure to paying elsewhere. But what I believe really sets them apart is the staff. There are more that I have yet to meet, I'm sure. But the amazing women that I've had the distinct honor of interacting with many times are Peggy, Marissa, Keely, and Dr. Kearce. I am anxiety ridden to my very core and this amazing team has gone above and beyond to calm me down, listen to my concerns and address each and every one in detail, and go out of their way to take care of my dog and to take care of me and my mental health as well. They've seen me at my lowest of lows feeling broken down and have handled me with the same grace and care that they extend to my dog. I am missing names of other staff I've talked to, I'm sure, but please know that I am truly grateful for every single person that has worked with Kylo and I from the very first day I came in.
