I confirmed 2 1/2 yards, which is what I returned from being overloaded by his team. The man then looks at me, hops on the phone and asks them how much they loaded me with. They then confirmed 2 1/2 yards (exactly wtf I asked for.) Then hangs up the phone and proceeds to look at me and says, "I guess you weren't lying." Then proceeds to ask if I wanted my 52. cent refund. If you want shit ass customer service and a company that doesn't know wtf they're doing, feel free to shop here or give these idiots a call.
