Paint is matched so well, my neighbor thought the whole vehicle had been painted. To repair the door frame the inside had to have been dusty and dirty. That's not something you want to do, but there it is. The first time, I hit a large buck on Rt 2 while driving home from work. The second time, my wife decided to back into the garage and, well, she didn't make it. The damage was pretty extensive on the deer strike, and not so much on the garage strike. But both times Steve and his Crew did an outstanding job repairing the vehicles. (I was actually hoping the Subaru was going to be declared a total loss, but alas, it was only about 6K of work. See my North End review for more on that). They are very busy, so expect a few weeks to get an appointment. But also expect a perfect repair job when you're done. The first accident was mostly covered by insurance, but the second was out of our pocket. In both cases there weren't any surprises with the billing, and Steve always mentions that until you start peeling things apart you don't know what you're dealing with, so we were prepared if there were.
