To start the communication cannot be any worse. My car was held hostage for over two weeks so I had to use my motorcycle for transportation on cold mornings. When I went to pick up my car, I pulled in and could see the bad paint job. All I got was an argumentative owner another office staff that cannot communicate. My covered most of this and I paid cash for some extra work. After seeing the terrible outcome, there was no way I was going to let them touch that car anymore. Two days later, the clearcoat started coming off the doors and the other section they painted. At some point, they tried to remove the backseat and breaking it and didn't notice for days. now the car is at another body shop that is reputable and they're struggling to fix it. Acton body shop is not going to be much longer as a safety insurance list of providers. I'm making sure the safety is going to drop them permanently. Acton auto body you ruined my car and I'm going to make sure that you do not ruin anyone Else's car. So now my car is tied up again and I'm paying a daily rental if I could give a negative star on every part of this shop, I would . Acton, Toyota, and other vehicle dealerships that use them will be stopping shortly. I will be heard on this and I will make sure that you feel the way I do right now. There is no discussions I wanna have with the owner or any part of this establishment. They have cost me triple the money out-of-pocket than the cost of the original job. I've been ranting at some bad local auto businesses today, so to change it up I'll write a postive…read moreone. I've actually used this place twice in the past year. That's not something you want to do, but there it is. The first time, I hit a large buck on Rt 2 while driving home from work. The second time, my wife decided to back into the garage and, well, she didn't make it. The damage was pretty extensive on the deer strike, and not so much on the garage strike. But both times Steve and his Crew did an outstanding job repairing the vehicles. (I was actually hoping the Subaru was going to be declared a total loss, but alas, it was only about 6K of work. See my North End review for more on that). They are very busy, so expect a few weeks to get an appointment. But also expect a perfect repair job when you're done. The first accident was mostly covered by insurance, but the second was out of our pocket. In both cases there weren't any surprises with the billing, and Steve always mentions that until you start peeling things apart you don't know what you're dealing with, so we were prepared if there were.
