Communication was great and he even called during the inspection to ensure we were getting all the information possible to make an informed decision. A few minor needs were addressed by the dealer due to his diligence and some suggestions to make the rv even better have since been implemented. We are still early in the ownership phase, but to this point the inspection seems accurate and well worth the very reasonable fee. Water came in the roof through several spots 10 days after I purchased it. Lance had a problem with the tape used to seal the roof vents and dealers were instructed to pull the tape and caulk them before sale. This dealer did not perform that maintenance and as a result the unit has leaked in several spots and they take no responsibility. No doubt this is also the case with the other units on their lot. Wheelen did not disclose water damage and did not perform required maintenance, then stated the unit is in new condition. That is fraud in my book. if that doesn't scare you away just read the other reviews on google....
