Picked the place based on positive reviews - what a mistake. Instead of dry cleaning it - this is what I paid over $30 for, the jacket was washed in some harsh detergent. The jackets color has faded; it is shedding feathers now - these what washing down jackets in detergent does; and it has 4 holes in the front now from tumbling in the dryer for hours. I would be better off washing it myself in the special down cleaner for free; jacket has a distinct food smell - this is not how clean clothes smells. They did it" - this is the response I got from the woman who runs the place - who is THEY? I wonder if any dry cleaning takes place there. The woman claims her "dry cleaning" is done on premises - I did not see anyone working there. However there was another customer there at the time whose cashmere sweater was ruined - I assume it was washed instead of dry cleaned. How is this shop allowed to operate? There should be legal action taken to stop the fraud and abuse of customers.

I dropped off two of my husband's white dress shirts Thursday at 11:30am as a rush. The ticket says ready Friday at 5, and they said they'd call if anything was delayed. Nobody called. I went in at 5:15 and the girl at the counter told me Monday. I told her we had a gala and a funeral this weekend and needed them back ASAP. The best she could offer was having them back at this location Saturday at noon, still dirty. I asked to speak with the owner, and they got Tammi on the phone instead. I had to repeat everything from the beginning, as if the staff hadn't briefed her at all. She called it a miscommunication, said this happens maybe a couple times a year, and kept saying they're human and make mistakes. I get that, mistakes happen. The problem is how she handled it. Like dropping a flaming bag of garbage in my lap. She kept deflecting responsibility and talked over me the whole time, telling me to "be quiet and just listen." I told her more than once these shirts were for a close friend's funeral on Sunday, and she kept lecturing me about how yesterday is gone, tomorrow isn't promised, and all we have is now. Great timing to get philosophical. At the very end of the call, I asked what the "miscommunication" was, since it was a rush order with the deadline printed right on the ticket. That's when she admitted someone never put the shirts on the truck the day before, so they only went out to their Sandy location 15 minutes before I walked in. After 45 minutes at that counter, nobody had offered a credit or anything to earn back our trust. Nobody even said, "We wish we could get them back to you tonight." So I told them my husband would drive to Sandy that night and pick them up himself. He brought them home, still dirty. This is no way to run a business.

Although…read morethe building is far from beautiful, the service and quality have always been good, convenient and speedy, with reasonable pricing. I've had many pairs of jeans altered here, with original hem and some without, they always come out well and where I wanted the length. However, the real reason I continue to bring my business back, is many years ago, the owner showed me compassion in a time when I thought the world was doomed and there wasn't much of it to be found. It wasn't much, but through a heartfelt and genuine conversation I had with the owner, I knew this was a business I wanted to continue to support. As I still use them for my needs (althouh it may be only once a year), I don't think she remembers our previous encounter that was so touching to my heart, but I always will :)

Yesterday I showed up at the store and they had a sign saying they were only open 3 days a week and of course their hours are set in a way that if any working person needs them they can't get anything picked up or dropped off... Today was supposed to be a open day and I showed up 4 minutes late. The little Asian woman inside kept screaming we're closed at me... 4 freaking minutes late.... I had 10 dress shirts and 5 slacks. By that number you could expect close to $60 or $70 in dry cleaning.. companies are complaining about going out of business and this STUPID girl couldn't open the door four minutes after 5 p.m.... I sent them a lot of business even after they bought out the previous dry cleaner... From here on out I will give them the most negative report and tell people to find someone else. If you care about your business going down with covid-19, it doesn't appear that way. The changes you've made in your business makes you seem like you think you're a primadonna. I will either iron my own crap or take it somewhere else..... You should close your doors. You are the WORST.. And not just because of today but the quality of work you put out in the last year... I only came to you because you were close. Not anymore. This cleaner recently went under new ownership. They remodeled and changed up quite a bit of the business process.
